Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Maharashtra

We lived with Roger for almost two months. Nice, big apartment, clean. The location is very convenient - there is a market and supermarkets nearby. The beach is 5-7 minutes by bike or car, 25 minutes on foot. The owner is very friendly! Great friendly neighbors. There is a laundry, bike and car rental. There is a church, cafe, hairdresser nearby. In general, we highly recommend it! We hope to stay here again next time. Thank you, Roger, Rocky, Kajitan.

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

The place was awesome and matches the description. Ac , geyser, kettle, linen , towels & bedsheet are were in good shape and working. Room has ample space to accommodate 5 people. Need to Request for toileteries like soap and handwash. Overall experience was worth value for money as sanket's mother was very welcoming and took care of all the request. Would like to visit again in future. Thanks.

It was a beautiful stay, a very peaceful location surrounded by mountains and the property is very well maintained.

Our stay at Clockwisetrip was very good. The owner responded very quickly to all our requests and the place very well resembled all it's descriptions. It was very much worth it's price and would definitely come again!

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of magical — photos honestly don’t do justice. The lush garden stretches like your own private landscape, and the serene lake-touch view is simply breathtaking. At night, the moonlight reflecting off the water creates the most peaceful and surreal setting. Sherna, our host, was incredibly responsive. A special heartfelt mention to Munshi and Sunita—this stay wouldn’t have been the same without them. Munshi, the ever-smiling and warm caretaker, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always around yet never intrusive. And Sunita… what a gem! Her food was honestly the highlight of our day, every single day. Home-style, packed with love, and absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a warm hug. She made us feel like family, not guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal, peaceful, and cared for. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The Hospitality was great. Food was even better. The place is very peaceful and would say good for a group. The Host is very friendly and would go out of the way to help you.

Honestly such a great stay! The flat was super cozy and had a really nice vibe — felt like a home away from home. The host was amazing, replied sooo fast to everything which made things super easy. Also, the price? So affordable for what you get. Totally worth it. Would 100% stay here again. If you’re thinking about booking, just go for it — you won’t regret it!

Jeeet, the host of this property is a genuine guy and always goes out of the box to help the client whatever the issue or problem... his property is worth tje visit and stay in with hygin and uninterupted pease of mind but when required instunt help and support. I truely reccoment his property for peace of mind with all the help wihout bothering for anythig.

it was very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities going further I would like to suggest that Check in time has to be reduced to atleast 13:00...rest everything is upto the mark with Value for Money

Sk brown stone villa It was a great stay. 1.Location: Near from mahabaleshwar yet very isolated from commercial part of this hill station. 2. Space: consists 5 bedrooms, huge hall and dining area. 3. Cleanliness: very neat and clean 4. Food : freshly cooked tasty maharashtrian food. Timely served! 5 hospitality: hosts were taking care of everything.

We had an amazing stay at Ashvida Villa with our family of 11! The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for a big group. The hospitality was outstanding ,friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our trip. Everything was well taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The property is beautiful and is exactly the way it is mentioned in the description. The infinity pool looking at the lake is awesome (insta favourite). Perfect for a group gathering or a big family. Vijay was an excellent host. He was quick to respond and managed a lot of requests that we had right from the time of booking. The caretaker Umakant and his team are very supportive, harworking and prepared some delicious meals for us during our stay, specially the chicken rassa (gravy) in the afternoon was everyones favourite.

Beautiful place with very clean rooms and washrooms. The caretaker (chikane bhaiya) and his wife were very attentive. Specifically the food his wife cooked for us was delicious. Spoke to the owners as well.. very soft spoken and well behaved people. Special mention to Rocky, their very sweet and polite fur baby. Loved the place n will definitely visit again.
