Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Maharashtra

By far one of the best stays, I've had in a while. Maya, I wish I could've stayed there a few more days and I'm sure that I will visit again sometime soon. I absolutely loved your cooking, I think I will bother you soon when I miss the beetroot sabji too much. I highly recommend this stay not only for the amazing house but also for the great conversations and food. This felt like a home away from home. For anyone thinking of booking this stay, I would say do it, I'm sure you will love it as I have. The room has all the expected amenities. I was provided with clean towels and slippers as I got there. You have access to a TV, Kitchen. Maya-ji pretty much told me that she will not only cook the meal but also get it to my hand. I have quite rarely encountered such hospitability.

The place is so quiet and has a private access to the beach. Super clean and the staff is very helpful.

Smita is an amazing host! So caring and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She left welcome goodies and a fridge with essentials for breakfast the next day. She was always quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations. We were here for Rimyi and the intensive at Gymkhana and the location worked out great, particularly as it was a short walk to Rimyi. Smita’s staff were also super helpful. It was also nice to have two rooms separated by a lot of space as my friend and I travelled together. We also each had our own bathroom. There are delicious fruit sellers and OM supermarket close by as well as Ishan Pure Veg restaurant which is actually very good. Thank you!!

The place was really neat, clean and homely. Even in the time of coronavirus, Sahil and Sachi were welcoming and ensured that we were comfortable. During our one week stay, that too in lockdown, we were able to manage things with ease, use kitchen as per our need and stay without any hassles. I recommend this place for both short term and long term stays.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The flat itself is well-maintained, clean, and spacious. The landlord has been responsive and helpful, addressing any issues promptly. Overall, I would recommend this flat to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to live.

jayesh, the caretaker is such a humble person and will take care of all your needs. the food is amazing 😋 the location is just perfect, by the beach ! swimming pool was operational but kept kinda dirty so didn't take a chance. overall had a great time !!

It wouldn’t be an exaggeration if we say this was the best bnb we have stayed at that included us sharing a space with the host. - The place is a collector’s heaven! There is just so much character to his place that one is bound to just spend hours exploring little corners and finding vintage treasures …. despite to being a small space, it’s super cozy, clean and makes one feel right at home! - Earl as a host is just amazing! From being warm and opening his space to us, to getting our baby cat toys and making us try authentic and local food, he was truly a great host who puts in efforts to make his guests feel welcomed and special - The highlight for us however is his baby - Love, the most adorable, loving, gentle and kind dog we have ever come across! every morning she would come to the door for scratches and kisses, and well that’s just the most beautiful way to start a morning we know for sure we would be visiting again!

Staying here truly felt like a home away from home. The house is full of character and clearly built with a lot of love and care. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful—I really appreciated how understanding and welcoming the hosts were throughout. They went out of their way to make my birthday feel special, even letting my friends join in to celebrate with me, which meant a lot. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and their adorable pets added an extra layer of warmth to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, heartfelt stay.

I have been staying at the shanti nagar heights condos whenever I come to India since 2021. My family always feels at home and enjoys our stay. The staff is extremely nice and responsive. I look forward to staying at Shanti nagar heights again and again in the future.

it was a homely experience.

Our group of friends had an amazing time here. The place was spacious and with all the required facilities and the location was well connected and have a few great restaurants nearby. The check-in & checkout are smooth and the parking is just icing on the cake. The locality is peaceful and grocery store & pharmacy are just a minute walk away. The place is easy to find for all online delivery (Zomato, Swiggy) & Cabs (Uber, Rapido). The kitchen was equipped with ample amount cutlery and basic items such as Milk, coffee powder etc. Overall, it was an amazing stay and definitely a value for money option.

Felt right at home. Located in a peaceful locality, surrounded by trees. Most things are nearby with good restaurants. Super clean space and matched exactly like the photos and the description. The host was always responsive. You can book the space without a second though!

They were very hospitable and gave great suggestions on what to do around, felt like home.
