Stephen’s place was exceptional!! The place is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. We absolutely loved it & would love to come again.

The home was tucked away in the trees. The drive to the house was beautiful but tricky with steep incline and down but you're in the mountains so you should expect that. The home was clean and nicely appointed with updated bathrooms. Plenty of entertainment in the basement and the jacuzzi was nice, clean and warmed ready for use. Property was close to everything that Maggie Valley has to offer. Shopping and Restaurants. Highly recommend this property and Ed!

This was a lovely place and exactly what I wanted!! The dog door and fenced in area was enough to convince my boyfriend that he needs to install one at his place. The view on the deck was incredibly peaceful! John was super friendly and helped with anything we needed. I worked “remotely” while I was there and no issues with the Wi-Fi! There were lots of nice little touches in the house and the bed was comfortable. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at the Eagles Nest. It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood next to a peaceful creek, but still close to grocery stores and a quick 30-minute run to the AVL airport. We enjoyed seeing a mama turkey with her four babies in the yard. The home was perfect for our group of seven adults, and four separate floors provides privacy but still a large common kitchen/living room where we played games and ate meals together. The kitchen is well-stocked with the best coffee (Keurig and Nespresso) bar I’ve seen! We really appreciated the to-go cups as well. Towels were plush and plentiful, and all of the beds were comfortable. Matthew was a great host — exceptionally responsive and provided clear instructions. We would definitely return for another stay to this beautiful home!

We loved our stay at Brenda's place! It was a great location, an easy walk to the lake. Everything was very comfortable. Brenda communicated very promptly and was very accommodating. We would stay here again!

My wife and I grew up in Sylva. We came home to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We had several questions for Diane and she was wonderful to work with. We will definitely rent this property again. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Beautiful setting and easy quick drive to downtown. The private little house is perfectly nestled in with little noise from anything other than nature. The house is spacious and plenty of room for 2 to 4 people. Nice front porch for sitting and enjoying the quiet and nature sounds.

I already miss The High House! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special. The porch quickly became my favorite spot—I could have spent all day soaking in those breathtaking views. We were lucky enough to visit during firefly season, and watching the fireflies put on their magical show was truly unforgettable. Our evenings around the campfire, making s’mores, were such a treat. My 9-year-old boys loved exploring the property, making new friends with the host’s sweet and welcoming children, and discovering tortoises, baby kittens, and playful sheep along the way. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect for all our adventures—whitewater rafting, zip lining, gem mining, and chasing waterfalls. One of the highlights was ordering baked goods and a dinner from our wonderful host, Sharon. It was hands down the best meal we had during our trip! Our stay was pure magic, and I can’t recommend The High House enough! Thanks for the memories!

We had a wonderful stay in Asheville, and we're very comfortable in this peaceful setting. Kelle and Max have created a beautiful space to stay. It's very clean, well equipped, and all directions and instructions clear and helpful. Kelle is a famous communicator, and quick to respond. Many thanks to them for providing a space that enhanced our travel experience! I will be recommending this place to friends!

We stayed at Lynn’s place for a few days while visiting family nearby. We appreciated the clear instructions and easy check-in. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable- we were able to find everything we needed with ease. There are a lot of thoughtful touches that make this place special (we loved the towel warmer in the bathroom). Lynn was very friendly and accommodating and provided a comfy high chair for our 10 month old baby. Thank you!

Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! Susan’s place was quiet, clean, and spacious! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our dog crates inside as well as a backyard and neighborhood for us to walk with our puppies! The sectional was great for movie watching at the end of a day exploring!

We were in town for a wedding and traveling 7.5 hours to get there the stay was absolutely amazing! It rained while we were there on Friday but we enjoined sitting on the porch with blankets listening to the rain fall on the tin roof! We enjoyed watching the neighbors horses that would come to the fence to visit and we enjoyed watching the chickens beside the house ( don’t worry they are all quiet as well). We ended up being a party of three traveling with a 14 year old boy who never once said he was bored he spent his time on the swings outside and petting the horses! I highly recommend this place it is close to town, nice quiet location, easy driveway, no steps to climb and peaceful! The House is very clean, beds are comfy even the couch bed sleeps well per the 14 year old. The Host is very friendly and made sure we had absolutely everything that we needed! The home is stocked with all the things we needed and was the perfect size! Thank you for having us! Martha, Natalie, Nathan

Maggie and Mike are wonderful, responsive, and attentive hosts! They made us feel so welcomed and were very helpful with recommendations for hiking and sightseeing in the area. Meeting them was such an added bonus to a great stay. The apartment was just as described and met all of our expectations. The property is gorgeous and so very peaceful and the view is stunning. We are very glad we stayed here and would like to come again.

We loved staying at Lara’s. Because of rainy weekend, the mountains were especially lush and foggy creating almost magical misty atmosphere. We were able to build a fire every night. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with nice scratch free pots/pans. Lots of nature and little towns to explore nearby. Thank you Lara - we would love to come back!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! You get the Mountain View and the rain forest feel at the same time. And if you have a dog-stop looking now and BOOK. My dog had as much fun as we did. The fence is so useful. The hot tub is larger than most! And the rain on the tin roof!! Priceless. Along with very comfortable bedding-you’ll sleep like a baby. Parker is nothing short of excellent! You will not be disappointed. We will be back very soon.

I stayed at this cabin for a weekend and it was exactly as described. The cabin was beautiful, thoughtfully stocked, clean, and private. The instructions to find the cabin were very helpful, so I highly recommend reading over them. If you are looking for a cabin in a peaceful and scenic location, you have found one here!

Jaclyn’s place was gorgeous. It was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The cozy living area made it feel like a home away from home. The host was very communicative and gracious. I would highly recommend the wonderful home.

This was perfect for a honeymoon week. Although the cabin could be considered remote, we felt safe - there are still accessible neighbors, and there is a locking door between levels meaning intruders couldn't get to you by breaking a first floor window. The area is beautiful and well worth the distance from town. Julie communicated quickly and clearly, and left many little gifts throughout the cabin. My wife and I loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute tiny home. My 17 yr old daughter’s dream is to own a tiny home so this provided her with a great feel of what it would be like. She was in love! The design is great and well thought out. We had a great time and plan to book it again in the future!

The cabin was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. It was equipped with everything we needed, from cooking essentials in the kitchen to bathroom necessities. There were plenty of activities for our six kids, so we never heard the dreaded "I'm bored!" This was our first trip to the area, and we were conveniently close to many attractions we wanted to visit. However, if you're looking for a place to relax, this cabin is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the mountains. One concern that many people might have, especially if it’s their first trip involving mountain driving, is the drive to and from the cabin. It is located at the very top of a steep incline, so I highly recommend having all-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) for a more comfortable journey. The stunning view is worth it—pictures do not do it justice! I also suggest waking up early to catch the sunrise and watch the changing colors and fog over the Smoky Mountains!

Upon arrival, we immediately felt welcome. Patrycja left a bottle of Prosecco and two bottles of water in the refrigerator which was the icing on the cake for our romantic getaway. This was literally the cleanest, neatest, and coziest place that we’ve ever stayed. We had absolutely no hesitation in sleeping in the bed or sitting on the couch (and I’m very OCD). The kitchen was very convenient as they provided everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The location was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I sat on the front porch and ate several times. There were no loud noises and it was the very peaceful, restful vacation that we needed. Patrycja always responded very quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at local restaurants and bakeries in Sylva and Waynesboro which offered many delicious gluten-free options. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We enjoyed it so much that we asked Patrycja if she had other houses available.
