The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. Very well equipped, everything you need during your stay is available. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of nature. The beach is spectacular. The hosts were great, the check-in was super flexible and also the check-out, our flight was delayed a few hours on our return and we were able to stay without any problems. Thank you Tathi for everything!! Excellent recommendations for places to have breakfast :D I would definitely go back. If you consider that it is far from everything. It's what we were looking for: peace of mind and security. But for some, it may be far away. You have to get around by car or taxi. We love that feature.

Absolutely beautiful place in the best neighborhood in Rio. Leblon is extremely charming, the beach is walking distance, safe, and not so full of tourists as copacabana so you get to experience the true Brasil charm. The apartment is perfect, exactly as the picture, modern with a homely feeling, super clean, comfortable beds… I am so happy to have stayed there. Originally I had hotel reservations but when I saw the pictures of this apartment I was in love. This place beats the ocean view, you get to see the Pedra da Gavea and the Christ statue. The host is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The building staff is friendly and always available. If you have the chance to stay here don’t miss it, when you walk into this apartment you can’t help but feel like the trip is already a success!!!

Magical place! My husband and I spent an amazing weekend at Verde Novo, in the Brisa chalet. Beautiful place with lots of greenery and a river that runs through the entire terrain. We had breakfast in the space that Verde Novo provides for guests. Impeccable food and super special service. It's a really beautiful place, surpassing the photos. The weather was quite chilly, which was precisely what we were looking for. Let's go back more often! Incredible service by Felipe. Thanks and see you next time!

The stay was excellent! The decoration is of very good taste and the environments are super cozy, I felt at home. Fred is a great host, always available and very attentive. The house was very clean, the kitchen super complete and the garden well taken care of. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend!

We spent the Easter holiday, it was 4 wonderful days. The house is just like the photos, beautiful, comfortable, all new and functioning perfectly. The outside is too much, garden is super well taken care of, the river passing through the land has a natural swimming pool and even a waterfall. Communication with Vie was great, I answered my questions promptly. During the holiday, we have the help of the employee Vânia, who is super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend your stay, a unique experience.

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1 week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I realized their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.

Elizandra was attentive and helpful from the first messages, the communication was great. The accommodation is simple, but it met my main need, a place to rest after the busy days at an event. The location was the most important thing for me. I went to UFF every day and felt calm and safe walking to the Campus, both on the way there and back. It was very satisfying and I am grateful for the experience.

I just want to say, as a solo, young, female traveler (who speaks zero portuguese), i felt VERY safe and comfortable here, with the location and with the host. he was extremely helpful and responded fast. the place is the perfect location to walk to bars, restaurants, beaches, and to be picked up from uber right in front (uber comes within 1 minute after ordering!) HIGHLY recommend. the place gives very bachelor vibes, in the best way possible. very high-tech as well, but user-friendly. LOVE rio and will stay here again when i come back!
