The house and the view are indescribable! Everything is very well thought out and done with care, very well equipped kitchen, very well decorated house! My stay was excellent, the hosts are amazing, always helpful and willing to do everything to help us and improve the experience! A place that I have kept in my heart and have already recommended to all my friends...

The house is excellent and I must point out that perhaps the cleanest I've ever used on Airbnb. The place is very private, excellent for those who, like me, want peace and contact with nature. The condominium is very nice Tranquilo, in the middle of nature. The house is very nice and well decorated, the garden well cared for, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The river with the natural pool and showers is one of the high points and catches the sun most of the day. Nossa Golden freaked out. A suggestion would be to have a sauna too, it would give an even more special touch to the experience. And there is a small cave that would be the ideal location. The descending staircase is steep but there is an easier alternative street. We were with an elderly couple and despite the initial concern it was not a problem. A few minutes by car there are good restaurants and the Serra dos Órgãos Park, with trails and waterfalls. Cássia e Ricardo, who take care of the space, and Tiago, who administers, were always very attentive and helpful. We recommend and would return.

Lucas is an incredible host. Besides the house being very good, he was extremely attentive and quick in the answers. The condominium has a good location, is approximately 15 minutes from Itaipava and has an excellent structure. I will definitely return to the house.

I stayed with my friends and the stay was super quiet! Great apartment, like the one advertised, great location, very close to the beach and markets, Armando and his assistant Doni were very helpful, quick response and clear instructions. Doni was super attentive at our check-in, following our arrival, presenting the apartment and giving good recommendations about the region! Our only considerations is that the washing machine made a very loud noise and the shower was a bit difficult to calibrate the kk temperature but nothing that has affected our overall experience I 😁 highly recommend!!

We love Leon's loft! Super Comfort, a great location and easy to access. We feel super safe at all times, close to the place there is a place to have lunch, to buy some basic things and it is all very friendly! As it stands in a higher place, we chose to always climb a motorcycle taxi that was calm and fast. We had an unforeseen event with the shower and Leon, and André who is co-host were super helpful and helped us with everything. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

For those who like to cook the house has all possible utensils of excellent quality, including: electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooktop, etc. For those who wish to take your pet, there is plenty of room to run and well surrounded. Access is good by a small paved road to the top of the hill. The cell phone signal is unstable, but the home Internet is good and it worked all the time. We will vote soon!!!

The peace that exists in this place is inexplicable, for sure I will return! It was all wonderful, it has a centrinho nearby to buy basic things and that's just where I went because my intention was to enjoy and relax in the cabin and it's very worth it! Also, I went with my dogs and they loved, I never saw them like this, I highly recommend it to anyone who has it.
