It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

Teresa's apartment is very spacious, nice and spotless. It has everything you need to have a nice vacation, it is perfectly equipped to cook. The location is ideal, not only for being close to the beach but because it is the nicest neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. Teresa was very kind to us always, attentive to what we needed for our stay.

Daniel is a very personable and friendly host He provided clear instructions at check-in and check-out and a mid-stay cleaning service which was appreciated. The apartment met all my needs, location is fantastic. Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

It's been an amazing day! Dennis's apartment is providential. It has great location and everything we need to feel at home. I thank Dennis for offering such a cool and comfortable space for us. Everything organized and clean. The beach is incredible, the dunes and the lagoon were high points of the town. We'll be back soon.

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

A flawless host and a magnificent condominium and apartment. The balcony offers an ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of waves is the best. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property features a heated pool, cleaned weekly. There are cameras and staff everywhere, making it very calm and safe. The host was very attentive and friendly. Right across the street is a beach with few people, where you can enjoy the ocean. I travel a lot, and this was one of the best stays. Thank you! ❤️

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1 week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I realized their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.
