House holiday rentals in Madeira Beach

It was my friends B’Day so decided to stay at this location because it was close to the beach, restaurants and the view was amazing. We even saw dolphins, plenty of fishes and a small shark. Adam was very responsive to any/all our concerns. Me and my friends definitely enjoyed our stay.

This house was exactly how it was described and even better. Spacious, clean, filled with fun and convenient accessories for the house, pool and beach. I wish all AirBnB homes were like this. We had a great time. Thank you!!!

The backyard was beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the afternoons and evenings. Everyone loved the pool. The place was a close drive to a lot of good restaurants in all directions. We had room to spread out since three of us had to work several days.

We had a great stay at Eric’s home. Eric was highly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We took the golf cart to the beach daily. The ride is just a few minutes, and we found the process easy even with two small kids. The house is stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, etc. We had a fabulous time and would definitely consider renting again.

We got in to town late but were able to let ourselves in via David’s instructions, and the house looked exactly like all the pictures. One thing that drew us to this Airbnb was the amount of activities to do at the house and the baby/toddler amenities— the kids (10, 4, 1) were never bored, and when we couldn’t go to the beach they enjoyed the pool or played arcade games. Something I didn’t expect was the amount of beach supplies available, including children’s sand toys. They all came in quite handy! There was a desk available to work remotely, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc for cooking and the grill was easy to use as well. Everything was perfect and picturesque! One thing that put a damper on our trip was the neighbor backed into one of our cars & left, so we had to file a hit and run report with the police— David went above and beyond to assist us and was able to get video footage from the neighbors showing the car that backed into us! 10/10 Highly recommend

Loved the house, location, pool, and hot tub! Short walk to the beach. Dinner was delivered our first night which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient after traveling all day! Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend

This home was everything we hoped for and more. The views with the pool overlooking the dock and water were absolutely breathtaking. We even spotted dolphins swimming by, which made the experience truly magical. The entire property was spotless, with beautiful fixtures and thoughtful touches throughout. From the layout to the amenities, everything was curated for comfort and ease. It felt like a private luxury retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat!

This was one of the best houses I have rented on AIRBNB, we enjoyed the house to the max!!! This was a special occasion I prepared for my parents where all their grandkids were all together maybe for the last time as some kids are entering into adulthood. This house made everything memorable, the Arcades, table tennis, the pool, the mini golf and for our best spot at nights, the fire pit!! This staying was better than expected!!! We didn't even have to bother Chad and Kinsley. We even left the puzzle done in case nobody have done it before!!

Polly really went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She had all of her communication bases covered even for a last minute booking. She made sure I was aware of the parking location, made sure them accommodations were easily accessible and offered clear instructions on accessing the WiFi. I would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Tampa. The area has a ton to do nearby, and it’s a quick jump to downtown Tampa. The house was the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed at from top to bottom. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those coming to the area.

I had a great experience. It was everything I had imagined when booking. The home was very clean, peaceful, and full of fun things to do. Guy was a phenomenal host. He had great customer service. Best experience!!!

the house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! the master bed was actually heaven. and we all fought over the amazing shower head in the main bathroom. the location is absolutely perfect just far enough from the beach but just right over the bridge to get there quickly. and walmart being right behind it comes in handy for all the items you find out you forgot to bring. will absolutely be booking again with her. already looking at 2 more weekends for this summer. we did not take advantage of the golf cart since we had a rental car but will definitely be using it next time!

Our stay was more than we could’ve hoped for! When we arrived the space was unbelievably clean and also had just about everything we needed for the whole week. Nicole is also an amazing host, and her response time to any questions we had during our stay was almost immediate. She is definitely the best host i’ve ever had, and she made our week so easy with her help and a beautiful place to stay.

We loved our time in Treasure Island! The beach house was immaculate, and beautifully decorated! Chris was an excellent host who was super responsive and made us feel welcome! Highly recommend both the place and the host!! A+++

Excellent stay. Ken's place is very clean, well supplied, and the location is amazing. Steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches and walking distance to a fun John's pass. Check in was super easy and Ken was quick to respond to questions. The beach was so beautiful and the outdoor shower was great to was off the sand. The house really had everything. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation experience.

Good fishing from the dock. Lots of catfish and trout. Easy walk to the beach and the place served us well.

5 Stars! Lorinzo’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged to make it feel just like home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living spaces, it was clear that Lorinzo put a lot of care into creating a welcoming environment. He was also an excellent communicator, friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great location within a short walk to beach and IRB restaurants. Home was clean with new finishes. Worked great for our family of five for the long weekend. Beach chairs and wagon made beaching very easy. Jay was informative, easy to work with, and responsive.

We absolutely loved our time at Beach time rental. The unit is beautiful looks just like the photos. We were there for my son’s graduation from University of Tampa and 10 of us were very comfortable plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is perfect with room for everyone at the table. BBQ area was great loved the extra fridge and ice machine! They also had a great wagon and 10 beach chairs and umbrellas so beach days were great! Everything worked and the unit was spotless. The elevator was perfect for my parents who are in their 80s. We would highly recommend this unit.

The Home was just as described. We throughly enjoyed swimming in the pool every day! The home's proximity is perfect as you're close to town for shopping and eating out, but also minutes away from the beach! We loved that the home was 1 level making it perfect for my elderly parents. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and the flexibility of booking during the week and not just Saturday to Saturday was great for our schedule. We enjoyed lunch at PJ'S Oyster Bar and Guppy's. Were able to have pizza delivered from Super Sardo's as well! The Botanical Gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed playing golf in Largo just down the road. The pool table was great and we enjoyed many nights of card playing at the dining table. It was convenient to have Smart TV's in every room as well as outside on the covered lanai. The lanai was perfect for reading a book with a cold beverage right from the outdoor fridge! Any questions we had were answered promptly by Danielle and always with resolution!

This is a beautiful high end property. All of the finishes and appliances are beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked down to spices in the spice cabinet. There is a game room with an entrance from the garage that is not mentioned in the listing, but was really fun and a great place for dog kennels. There were bikes and a kayak available for use and all of the beach equipment and towels were in great condition. Great location in walking distance to several good restaurants, and only a few minutes walk to the beach or the bay. We would definitely rent here again.

Ann’s house was just what we wanted: not in the middle of the tourist hubbub, but an easy drive to the beaches (10 - 30 minutes, Meridian, Ferry Island, Clearwater), museums, theaters, restaurants of St. Petersburg (25 minutes), and outdoor activities (De Soto Fort, Clearwater Aquarium and Animal Rescue Center). For those who enjoy family meals at home, grocery stores are within walking distance (half mile), and several local restaurants have carry-out (definitely pick up Pipo’s Cuban food for a tasty meal). The living room and porch comfortably sat our family of four, and there was outdoor space outside for visiting and sharing stories about life and the day’s adventures.

This place was WONDERFUL!!! David was very responsive to all messages and very friendly. Plenty of everything that we needed for the stay and then some. Was no shortage of anything. Location was wonderful. Very short walk to what may as well be a private beach. Not many people out there each day we went. Quiet and peaceful all the time. We have been coming to the area for 3 years now and has by far been the best. Will definitely be looking for open dates next year.
