Holiday rentals with beach access in Madeira Beach

We completely enjoyed our stay here and have already talked about coming back to this sweet little spot! It’s the perfect location. Very doable walk to the beach and to so many restaurants and shops. The beach wagons that were available for use made the walk to the beach super easy. Never had to worry about parking! It’s the perfect spot for a quick two person getaway. Very affordable and accommodating! Eric was very helpful and even informed us we could check in earlier on our arrival day which was a blessing!

Al’s place was great! Right on the beach, easy in & out. My only comment is that from the pictures I thought our balcony was beachfront. It wasn’t, but it had a view of the bay. When I went back & looked at the pictures it did show the bay view. The beachfront pictures were just showing what the building looks like from the beach. Chairs, an umbrella & a cooler were provided which was a nice plus. I loved the stay & will book again when traveling to the Tampa area. Al even checked in with us to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend.

Loved staying here! Very clean with a cute setup. We loved walking to the beach multiple times a day and that there were towels, a cooler, and chairs available. We will definitely put this on our list for beach getaways!

Perfection! Scott was such a responsive and accommodating host. Scott knew we had an early flight, and he let us check in as soon as their place was ready. Scott even made sure there was a pack n play for our little one, which exceeded our expectations. The location directly on the beach made sunsets after a busy day so relaxing. We got to see a lot of seabirds and dolphins right from the balcony. Everything we needed was there. The place was very clean throughout with a fully functioning kitchen and all necessary beach supplies. We made unforgettable memories for our first Florida family vacation, and we could not have asked for a better location with the best host. Thank you so much!

Had a great time staying here! We can for a long weekend and Lara was super helpful to accolade us for showing up early and wanting to get our beach vacation started! The until was so cute and perfect for 2 people. The beach is literally steps from your door. Made it easy to go back and forth if we forgot something inside or if we needed to take a couple trips to get all of our beach gear set up. There wasn’t a ton to do near on treasure island so we took a quick 20 minute uber into St. Pete’s which has so much to do, great restaurants, and awesome night life!

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a curated sanctuary built for rest, ease, and deep healing. The beach is literally steps away, but truthfully, I barely needed to leave the property. The pool is warm and inviting, the lounge areas are serene, and the attention to detail throughout the space is unmatched. Every comfort you can imagine is thoughtfully provided—from beach wagons and umbrellas to luxurious towels and a perfectly appointed kitchen. This wasn't just a stay; it was a spiritual reset. Meryem went above and beyond to help us with our accommodations. When we arrived in Treasure Island after flying in from PA - we found out that the place we had originally booked was no longer open and they hadn't told us. We were stuck for a place to stay. After reaching out to Meryem - she had a studio cleaned and ready for us to use for the week within a couple of hours. She was super friendly and went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful! We will absolutely love to stay at this property in the future.

This home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. We would gladly stay here again if ever in the area.

The location was perfect, with John’s Pass & Boardwalk as well as the beach within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jada and her property highly enough. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

The property was clean and the location was perfect distance to shopping and the beach.

This is our second time staying at this house, but our first time in the second floor unit and it was even better than our first stay. Extremely close to the beach and John’s Pass. The actual condo was super clean, comfortable, and accessible. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again soon.

Hannah was a wonderful host very helpful, kind, and quickly answered any question we had! Her husband was very nice and offered tons of recommendations of good places to eat. We were able to walk across the street to the beach within minutes and there’s lot of restaurants nearby. Also really enjoyed the back porch and beach supplies provided. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a meal & inside is exactly like the pictures and offers an especially cozy home-y vibe. Would highly recommend if your considering staying at here :)

For those traveling to the area, this is the perfect spot! My family and I had a wonderful time and Stephanie and team were always there if we needed anything! Home is very close to the beach, plenty of places to sleep, beautifully designed, and in a great neighborhood. Would definitely plan to stay here again!

The home was beautiful and spacious. It was so relaxing to just hang by the pool or enjoy the outdoor amenities. We frequented a near by ice cream shop that was walkable called “Rita’s”, totally recommend. The host was so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this home. It was also just very few minutes from the beach!!!!

Perfect location, 4 minutes walk to beach. Nice, clean and worn swimming pool. Quiet area. Room was clean and comfortable. All needed for beach life. Fully equipped convenient kitchen.

Loved our stay here! Had all the extras we needed for our 4 yr old to also enjoy a beach vacation (toys, towels, umbrella) The unit was quiet, easy to access, had all the amenities we needed, and super short walk right to the beach! AC worked great- which was appreciated because it was very hot. I hope we can come back another time- because I would stay here again!

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

Wow great place and great hosts!! Conrad had no problem adjusting checkout time because we lost two days of our trip because of Tropical Storm Debbie and our plane was to leave much later that day. They also got in touch with us to see if we were doing well and if we needed anything because of the storm. Place was well equipped. We were 6 and it was great to have a shower that had its own door so that others could get ready in the bathroom. There was a half bathroom downstairs too! Just minutes to the beach, Dollar Tree, liquor store and Winn Dixie!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Madeira Beach! The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that the owners take pride in keeping the space in top condition. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and other local amenities. We loved how convenient everything was, which made it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive much. What really stood out was the flexibility and understanding of the hosts. They were accommodating and allowed for a couple of exceptions that made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. That kind of hospitality goes a long way and made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, a great experience—we’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming stay in Madeira Beach!

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!
