Beachfront holiday rentals in Maces Bay

What a picturesque, quiet, beautiful place. Walking the beach, watching the tides come and go from the oceanside, being entertained by all the birds as we sat on the deck in the sun--all was entrancing. Sleeping in the loft was a delight and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking. We enjoyed it all and were very comfortable with everything. Les and Kathy, Vancouver, BC

This place was absolutely perfect! Definitely book this place, Erin thought of all the little details- even left coffee and cream. We loved the uniqueness and character of the River Dome. It has everything for a perfect getaway. Our boys loved the jacuzzi, kayaks, and view. We would certainly come back!

Amazing place to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the water and wildlife. Neil was a superb host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The place was more beautiful than the pictures and the view and sunsets amazing ! Our golden Luna loved the daily walks down for the bay and spent hours in the water . We will definitely be back ! We loved our stay at Shackford Cottage. It was cute and rustic but perfectly comfortable for me and my 3 sons. The location was even better than I imagined, with breathtaking views and a great walking path directly into town. The beds were comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We’d definitely book another stay here!

This was our second time at the Driftwood cottage and we had an amazing week staying here. It’s such a peaceful place to enjoy a few days off. We saw several bald eagles and seals during our time here and took the kayak out one day to explore. Every night we had a beautiful sunset. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation! I’m not one for taking a lot of time to write a review, but this place is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Clean, beautiful, peaceful, private, and the attention to details is amazing. More than we ever expected, this place is amazing!

We booked this space for my parents from South Africa and they had a delightful stay at Eastport. The hospitality from our host,Janet, enhanced our experience. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and we could not wish for a more attentative host. The unit was pristine clean and beautiful and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Janet- thank you for taking care of us in the way you did.

Just arrived home from our annual girls trip for the second yr in a row at this resort. While the weather not cooperating it didnt hamper our stay. Any activities scheduled for outside were easily held in the basement. The beds are very comfortable snd clean as well as all bathrooms. We even had Suwanna prepare our Friday dinner (we had to pick it up) but was well packaged and reheating once we were ready to eat later did not affect the taste at all! 12 people fed and not one bad review. Definitely will be included again next yr as we plan on returning! Thank you another great weekend!

Loved staying with the kids and our friends! Our second stay here and would highly recommend! The kids had a blast despite the weather and we all had so much space and enjoyed the view and comforts. Amazing spot for a group :)

A great place to weather a storm! We were greeted by a rare nor’easter so we weren’t able to hike around much but we enjoyed having coffee and looking out the windows at the gorgeous view. There was a bit of a snafu with the cleaners that take care of the property, but Brian was very responsive and apologetic and offered multiple solutions. The bidet in the bathroom downstairs was a bonus!

The Crows Nest is a great place to stay. Eastport was just what we were looking for - a place of peace, quiet, and good food. The apartment was quiet, peaceful, and extremely comfortable. Laura's instructions were very straightforward and her recommendations were spot on. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

The stay at the cottage was great. My family used it as a base for exploration and fishing. The house had all we needed and more. There are a lot of historical displays in the cottage to capture the region over the years. My husband's family is from the area, and we greatly appreciated the small features that made him feel at home. We could stay in the yard to enjoy whales, pods of porpoises, seals, and eagles. Most interesting was the eagle that ate his breakfast on the tree in the yard. The screen-in room off the master bedroom is fantastic and I will have one made for my home now. It is wonderful to be outside but not-really-outside when there are too many bugs at dusk. Thank you, Dennis, for having us.

I could write a book about how wonderful our stay was! My 6 year old and 2 year old had plenty to do. Our hosts provided canoes and life jackets to paddle the inlet at high tide and see the little waterfall. There was corn hole and croquet, fire pits on the beach, and we didn't feel like we needed to leave the whole time. Everything was there for us, and we just brought our food. They took us to clamming and were able to provide anything else we requested. Crossing the creek at low tide was a breeze after they guided us through in our Toyota Corolla Cross. We'll be back and probably with more guests to enjoy the other cottage. This is a dream spot for a vacation!

What an AMAZING view and location! The cottage was beautifully decorated and heavily stocked with snacks, selection of coffees and teas! Everything you need is included in the cottage to cook, bake and maintain left overs! (saran wrap, aluminum foil etc) Shampoos, conditioners galore! Did I mention what an AMAZING view!!!! Close to Quoddy Light House and Town of Lubec. Plenty of places locally to explore as well as Helens in Machias, Jasper Beach, East Port and Mainely Smoked Salmon are all worth visiting! Debra is a terrific host! Definitely plan to stay again and again! Next time I plan to visit Reversing Falls. Thank you Debra!

We loved our stay here! It is a great location with nice views of the Bay of Fundy. The cottage was very comfortable for the two of us and would be comfortable for additional guests. It was easy to communicate with Treena. The kitchen was very well equipped which was important to us since we prepare almost all of our meals while traveling. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Scott was so friendly and knowledgeable. The cottage was beautiful, cozy and so clean! The view of the bay was outstanding! I would highly recommend this cottage if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. There are lots of things to see in the area, but it's a perfect spot if you just want to stay put and relax! Scott was definitely a Super Host!

This was a reasonably priced, very clean, well-equipped, comfortable little home. Jenna was warm and friendly, and her husband was helpful with unloading our car when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The location is truly beautiful.
