Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

Tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean apartment in Somma Lombardo. Excellent free transfer service to and from Malpensa airport when needed. A few very good restaurants within walking distance. Easy communication with Elena. All in all a pleasant stay. Note - there are no shops nearby or clothes washing facilities.

Silvia is a great host! Excellent location, easy 6-minute walk from/to ferry terminal & 10-minute walk to S. Giovanni train station. Near loads of restaurants, bars, & shops. The elevator was good to have with luggage. The living/dining room was cozy & comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Separate washer & dryer were fantastic! Decent WiFi (21 mbps down, 6 mbps up). The bed was comfortable & had nightstands & power outlets on each side--perfect for 2 people to charge devices at bedside. Only downside was on occasion from bed we could hear the upstairs neighbors & a few times we caught a faint smell of someone's cigarette smoke--not overwhelming, thankfully. The large shower had good water pressure & the hot water stayed hot for 2 people taking back-to-back showers. Wonderful thick towels & plenty of them! Great wall-mounted magnifying mirror! A heated towel rack would have been nice. The bathrobes were a treat! Despite the few minor mentions, we would happily stay here again. 😃

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s apartment in Bellagio. The apartment is really lovely, as per the photos (if not nicer in real life), plus you have the use of an outdoor balcony/courtyard (which was ideal for giving our small dog some outdoor space) with patio table and chairs. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town and a stone’s throw from the ferry service, restaurants, shops and bars. Accessing the apartment by car is a little tight through the narrow ZTL area if you have a SUV-type car, but we were provided with extremely helpful instructions to guide us through. We also really want to highlight just how accommodating, kind and friendly Elisabetta was throughout our stay. She was always available, checked in on how our stay was going and really helped us out by providing us a place to store our luggage after we’d checked out. A standout host! 🩷 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances chez Franco. La vue de l’appartement est juste magnifique en donnant directement sur le lac, une terrasse très grande et confortable. L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques pas du centre et des bateaux. Les instructions sont très claires et nous avons apprécié le garage. Franco est de bon conseil et n’hésitez surtout pas à lui demander de vous faire un tour en bateau sur le lac - nous avons grandement apprécié !

We stayed as a family of 3 adults and from booking to departure I have zero complaints. Anna and Stefano were wonderful hosts. I would certainly recommend staying there as the accommodation is in a perfect location with beautiful views over Como. 2 balconies guaranteeing all day sun, especially the living room balcony for the wonderful views. Loved Bellagio and it was an ideal base to explore Lake Como and take a day trip to Milan. I would not hesitate in booking again when visiting Lake Como. Grazie Mille 🇮🇹❤️😎

Lovely place to stay, clean tidy and very peaceful. The hill to the funicular was bigger than expected but manageable even with luggage. Definitely recommend this place but would advise guest to have a monthly pass for the funicular to be able to jump the queues and go up and down as many times as wanted. Was very surprised and happy that the space was completely our own and completely independent. High recommend staying here 😊

Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Lago Maggiore. Wir haben jeden Tag einen Ausflug in die benachbarten Orte gemacht, die ebenfalls sehr schön waren. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for us while staying in Bellagio. It is a walk up a gradual incline so it is a little tricky with suitcases, but doable in under 20 mins! And well worth it—the Airbnb is gorgeous, it has a backyard, a balcony and the view is even better in person than the photos, and it was nice to be away from the crowds during the busy season. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. And the kitchen is quite large! We had all the amenities we needed to cook, and there’s a nearby grocery store. Loved it!

Fantastiskt boende med makalös utsikt! Rent och fräscht med en lyxig känsla! Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i Como och Carolina och Marcus var otroligt hjälpsamma, vänliga och trevliga och svarade alltid snabbt på frågor vi hade! Rekommenderar varmt detta boende och detta värdpar!

This is a beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The balconies overlook the lake and we spent time just sitting and admiring the view in the sunshine. The beds are super comfortable, the apartment was spotlessly clean and fairly well equipped - would have liked a microwave. Excellent air conditioning. The location is not a tourist town, but there is a limited ferry service that takes you to all of the attractions, and buses run hourly. While there is no local beach, I was able to find a nearby spot intended for small boats that provided a lovely point to swim from. While the location is peaceful, the noise from the road is constant during the day and the people in the apartment above were very stompy. As a very reasonably priced accommodation we felt we got excellent value for money.

Wir haben uns als vierköpfige Familie (Kinder: 5 und 9 Jahre alt) sofort enorm wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht aus Schlafzimmer und Küche ist sensationell, die große Terrasse mit ausladendem Sonnenschirm wie gemacht für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück im Freien. Tolle Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Haustür, der Lago Maggiore ist in ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Man hat also das Beste aus beiden Welten (Ruhe in den Bergen und pralles Leben am See). Mike ist ein absolut vorbildlicher Host. Er hat auf Nachfrage den Weg zu tollen Badestellen am Fluss erklärt und hatte auch auf sonst jede andere Frage eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Antwort. Wir überlegen, in der Zukunft noch einmal Urlaub in derselben Unterkunft zu machen.

Mattia's place was amazing, exactely what we were looking for - a peaceful apartement near the lake. Surroundings and the view are beautiful. The place is equipped with everything you might need. And the most important thing - it is perfect for traveling with kids. The playroom is great and could keep the kids entertained for days. I definitely recommend The Lantern Lake View Apartment.

Sussana was a great host and the house is clean. a bit small and when it's hot outside you might need a fan to keep you cool in the house. kitchen is basic but has what you need. would be great for a small family or a couple. Nous avons passé un séjour plus que merveilleux chez Virna et Roberto. Ils ont été toujours très réactifs avant notre arrivée et lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous avons été reçu par Mary qui à été très chaleureuse et nous à très bien orienté pour profiter au maximum de cette région. Malgres un temps très capricieux nous avons passé un des meilleurs séjour de notre vie. Encore merci à vous trois c'était parfait.

Wir waren zu zweit für drei Nächte in dem Airbnb und ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen. Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr schön, man hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Alda ist wirklich sehr sehr lieb und sie hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben was Restaurants angeht.

[Repeat visitor] Best place and best superhosts in Lezzeno. This was our 2nd time staying at Anna E Max's place and was just as nice as the first. Everything is impeccably maintained and well looked after. Temp was 33C on arrival. The flat was cool, the fridge was stocked with essentials as a gesture of goodwill which was really appreciated. The kitchen cupboards are also stocked with a good variety of basics food items + equipment. You can cool off in the pool and float around using the noodles provided and watch the eagles soar up the mountain side or watch the boats and ferries passing by Villa del Balbianello. During our stay we dined in restaurant Aurora and Stonehouse (note: you need to make reservations 24hrs before). The food in both restaurants is excellent and both are in walking distance. Bellagio is a 10min drive with everything it has to offer including a couple of supermarkets (we found OKSIGMA to have best range). Thank you so much Anna E Max. We will be back again!

L'ospitalità di Antonietta e Rocco è stata superba. Il check-in è stato effettuato di persona e senza problemi, la camera era molto ben tenuta e mi sono sentita subito rilassata. Inoltre, articoli pesanti come acqua, latte e succhi di frutta erano già presenti nel frigorifero, il che è stato molto utile. La vista dalla veranda è fantastica e con una breve passeggiata si può raggiungere il lago. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un grande supermercato, quindi potrete divertirvi anche senza macchina. Consiglio di trascorrere dei piacevoli momenti nella meravigliosa camera di questo meraviglioso proprietario!

The apartment is very clean and spacious for our group (5 ppl). Everything is kept in an excellent condition and we had a fantastic stay. The location is about ~20 mins walk from the train station but it’s quite walkable. Alberto and his team are very responsive! The apartment ran out of coffee capsule and washing cap upon our check in and they immediately replenished them. Certainly recommend this place to those who travel to Como.

A casa é bem fiel ao anúncio, bem equipada e com boa manutenção. A anfitriã foi cuidadosa com detalhes deixando os kits e toalha e higiene individual e bem organizado. Foi solicita para dar dicas e fazer reserva de restaurantes, muito educada e prestativa. Infelizmente tivemos um atraso no check-in e não pudemos entrar na casa no primeiro dia pois chegaríamos após as 22h e o apartamento tem rígidas regras de silêncio. Inclusive o vizinho de baixo pode se demonstrar um pouco desagradável e incomodado com o barulho dos hóspedes. O local uma vista belíssima, amplo jardim com quintal e brinquedos para as crianças, isso para nós foi maravilhoso. Esta perto de cidades turísticas como bellagio, Varena e Como e tem opções de restaurantes locais próximos. Porém o mercado já fica mais distante, então o ideal é você já levar alguns suprimentos essências caso não queira se deslocar. No geral foram dias muito agradáveis na casa, com certeza recomendamos.

Wat een rustig, mooi en compleet ingericht huisje. Het uitzicht op het meer van Lugano vanaf het gezellige balkon was fenomenaal. Ideaal voor 2 personen die van rust en mooie uitzichten houden. Sophie was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en pro actief zonder teveel op de voorgrond te zijn. Haar restaurant is zeker aan te bevelen en ligt op loopafstand. Wij hebben deze 4 dagen, ondanks het iets mindere weer, genoten van het verblijf en leuke uitstapjes gemaakt.

Great place to stay in Como in walking distance to the city center. Check-in was smooth, communication, good and apartment very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
