We spent two wonderful days in Olga's beautiful house. Everything was even more beautiful than described. They took great care of us. Everything has been explained to us in great detail. And during our stay, Olga wrote to us every day and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Their hospitality was really outstanding. I highly recommend this house to anyone. We were very pleased.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our time. The view was brilliant — truly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. Andrea was a fantastic host — welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. He even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub experience was extraordinary and added so much to the stay. We also checked out a little late, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate us without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — it’s a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty around. Thank you, Andrea!

Enricos Rustico is very tastefully decorated and in the household you will find everything you need. Very easy to reach by public transport, so we could do super nice hikes all over the valley. Now in May, we hardly met any other hikers. There are two restaurants in the village, but no shop, so bring food if you want to spend some time in this archaic world without crowds or otherwise eat in the beautifully located restaurants. We are very pleased to have found such quiet places in Switzerland. Thanks to Enrico!

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

Michele’s Airbnb is truly exceptional! The photos are beautiful, but the apartment is even more stunning in person. We loved the peaceful setting away from the crowds—it was the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and was especially well-suited for my dad, who uses a wheelchair. We felt so comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Como. It was hard to say goodbye!

We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The stay at Donatella's was very nice. She is a warm and friendly hostess. A small older apartment with everything you need. You can walk to the village and stop at the bar opposite, as well as buy small items for daily needs.

We were very happy with the accommodation as a family with young kids & sone friends. Very spacious, great hosts and one of the best views over lake como.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a serene, peaceful & wonderful time staying at Silvia’s place. We felt totally at home and we couldn’t get over how amazing the views were! The home is lovely and cosy and we enjoyed having breakfasts outside in the crisp mornings & lighting the fire in the evenings as we cosied up. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils which made it easy for us to cook our own meals whilst we were there. The pool area is stunning and we enjoyed playing on the tennis table too. We loved seeing Silvia’s animals around the grounds including extremely friendly cats, dogs & even some tortoises! Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful and she was there to personally greet us as we drove toward the property. She gave us great local recommendations and was a very polite and sweet lady. The area itself is breathtakingly beautiful, we felt like we had the place to ourselves as we wandered the streets of gravedona. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place! It exceeded our expectations. Andrea was very responsive, helping us to navigate the area and European appliances :-)! We would love to stay again as our family had an amazing time!

Perfect location and ideal for families (2ad and 2chd). Great for exploring lake como and very close to the train station. Everything we needed for a trip. Alessandra was very responsive and the perfect host - even bringing us a fan when we got a little warm in the evening. The space is much bigger than we realised and we loved the amount of space we had.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

We stayed at the property for four days and enjoyed the time very much. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. It's also worth walking to the village and strolling through the small alleys. Down on the main road there is a small delicatessen, which appealed to us very much. Within 10 minutes you are in Stresa and in 20 minutes in Arona, where you can shop well. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Daria’s place over a long weekend. If you are looking for peace and quiet and an area where to explore both Lago Maggiore and the surrounding mountains look no further! The place is actually bigger than how it looks in the pictures.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Maggiore – despite the mixed weather! Almost continuous rain did not stop us from enjoying our stay in Monica's fantastic apartment to the fullest. The place offers real luxury and comfort: the kitchen is perfectly equipped (including juicer, wok, small olive bowls and much more), so we could ideally use the bad weather to cook extensively. It was also particularly nice to read comfortably in front of the fireplace or watch the rain on the balcony by the courtyard. Cannobio is a charming little town – the weekly market on Sunday and Thursday are highly recommended! Monica was an amazing host: incredibly friendly, open and always helpful. Our culinary recommendation: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (a bit more expensive, but really delicious)! We will definitely be back in summer, looking forward to a hike to Monte Giove and a boat tour

Leonardo was a great host, always responded to messages. The location of the accommodation was fantastic, the view of the mountains and lake was fantastic. The decor was tasteful, the bathroom just freshly renovated. Only kitchen and tableware equipment was very simple. The entire area is wonderful, with restaurants, hiking trails and an original mountain village within walking distance. We had a relaxing and wonderful time with our dog.

The house sleeps 4 people and is very well located as you can easily walk to the nearest grocery store as well as the beach. The car can always be easily parked in the 2 private parking spaces of which one is covered. The beach has plenty of trees and therefore enough shade. The beachfront restaurant sells delicious pizza and other food. The place is very nice for walking and we were even lucky enough to have a city festival.

The view was amazing and varied. Easy check-in and check-out. Everything to our complete satisfaction.

Really nice apartment with a great view and a shared swimming pool. Miki is a great host whom we coordinated check-in & -out accordingly. As she lives in the apartment complex, too, she's easy to reach.

Laura has her super host tag for a reason! She’s super responsive, extremely warm, friendly & organised. You also couldn’t wish for a better location - the apartment overlooks the main promenade and proved to be a wonderful escape on the hottest of days. We sat out on the balcony, cooled by gentle breezes, book & glass of wine in hand and watched the world go by... Of course there are many cafes & restaurants within easy walking distance & we availed ourselves of those too! There’s plenty of free parking in a huge lot nearby, water sports available at the beach at one end of the promenade and boats to hire at the other end. We’d love to stay again!

Terrazza sur lago surpassed expectations! We chose to come in from Lugano by Uber (a new service just offered in 2025), from there you do have some stairs to negotiate to the beautiful apartment. However, another option is to take a scenic ferry ride from Lugano to Gandria if you have time and want fewer stairs. Once you arrive, you will find the sparkling clean apartment better than the photos. The kitchen is spacious and very well fit out. A nice dining table provides great views of Lago Lugano. Two spacious bedrooms, both offer great lake views, one with a walk-out to a large patio area, with table, chairs, umbrella and comfy furniture for kicking back. We ate every breakfast out there taking in the lake. A quick 10 minute Uber ride puts you in Lugano - tons of restaurants, shopping and nite life. It’s also a 10 minute drive to the funicular for Mounte Bré (great views and hikes). In town - try the Olive Trail hike in Gandria or take a ferry tour of the lake. Bellissimo!
