Loft holiday rentals in Lyon

Absolutely recommended, Patrick is a great host, the apartment is well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location is not very central but it is close to metro, tram and bus stops.

Amazing apartment in a central location. I was working in Lyon for 3 weeks and this was the perfect location for commuting, sightseeing, eating out, bars. I couldn't recommend enough. 5*

Anne Marie was a great host. The place is amazing, having an incredible view and loads of room in the backyard and front yard to relax. Anne Marie is extremely friendly, super quick to respond and very helpful. Her pets are adorable and also very friendly. This is a beautiful apartment in the old city of Lyon at the very top of a Renaissance era building. When you think you're there, keep climbing! It lacks air conditioning, but we managed with passive cooling and electric fans. Pascaline shows a wonderful decorating flair, everything is comfortably mismatched, there are thousands of books, and the washing machine works well. There are adequate clotheslines within easy access. It has wonderful French character, the small streets in the area look like something from a movie set. The cathedral is a couple of blocks away and there are many quaint streets in the neighborhood with shops and restaurants galore. The neighborhood was not constructed for cars so parking is difficult to find, expensive, or both. The stairs to the bathroom really need a hand rail, they are quite scary for an old lady such as myself. Aside from those, we very much enjoyed our stay and appreciate Pascaline's hospitality.

Charming and dignified hosts, warm and polite, educated and informed, widely traveled and linguistically capable, Hedwige and Bruno created an atmosphere at once homey and cosmopolitan. Books lined the shelves in several languages and the mechanically adept Bruno understood a tiny problem with the air conditioner and fixed it promptly. Jody and I would love to host them in Los Angeles and who knows, maybe this will happen. These are the kind of hosts who make airbnb seem like a brilliant idea.

Lucas is friendly like a friend and always helps you when needed. The house is great, there was almost everything you could need in an average home, from an iron to a fan, many kitchen items, Netflix on the TV, YouTube, and many different platforms. If you feel tired one day and don't want to leave the house, you can spend the whole day at home without getting bored. It also feels different emotions as it has been transformed into an industrial-style dwelling, preserving its historical texture from an old silk workshop. I felt like I was watching a documentary about the history of Lyon at that time and it was very impressive to me. Thank you Lucas for hosting us. Hope to see you again

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ludo’s home. Very spacious for the 5 of us. Ludo greeted us upon arrival and gave us all the details and recommendations we needed. We very much enjoyed all of his artwork, books, and overall design of his home. The surrounding area was wonderful! So many shops, restaurants and very walkable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the Saône for this Superb apartment combining the modernity of bathroom kitchen equipment and the charm of the old French ceiling, parquet flooring ... Very well-equipped and amazing design Please note that the bedroom configuration on the low mezzanine could not suit everyone. Great neighborhood!

We had a great time at Claire's place. The apartment is very pleasant and the communication was very fluid. Only small constraint, the bedroom on the mezzanine is more suitable for small children than an adult, because it is difficult to stand on it other than curved. Otherwise everything else is a great welcome. So I recommend this rental 100% for a couple alone or with children (there are lots of toys available, as well as a portable baby bathtub). We had a great weekend in Lyon, in a really nice neighborhood that had good restaurants. We were delighted to discover this lovely and tastefully decorated apartment. We were welcomed Modjo the cat, who showed us a lot of attention. A real joy 🥰

Location was perfect - in front of st Jean cathedral. Perfect place to sit around and listen to the music in the plaza. Walkable area for kids (4 and 1 year) and to the funicular.

Stays more than perfect, good rental, superb apartment, good cohabitation with little Muxu. ☺️
