Waterfront holiday rentals in Luzerne County

Stephanie was such a great host, our stay so exceeded our expectations. She has thought of so many things guests might need, from toiletries, to s’mores and wet shoes! The apartment is clean and bright and well appointed with a beautiful kitchen a stunning outdoor area, and everything you need. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, a late night fire pit cooked dinner, and relaxing in the wonderful hot tub. Stephanie sent us messages every morning of things to do in the area that matched the weather and was very accommodating with check out time to allow us to finally enjoy some sunshine. Despite the disappointing weather, we had the best time, and have already booked another stay! Thank you, Stephanie!

Had such an amazing long weekend away at this beautiful apartment! Mary and her wife were easily accessible and answered any questions we had! Loved the board games and TV selection to make rainy days on the lake more fun and comfortable! The hot tub was awesome and the views were gorgeous! Would definitely recommend for a getaway! Mary also recommended Jim Thorpe which was such a cute day out! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved everything about our stay here. So comfortable inside with beautiful finishes, comfy bedding and anything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to spread out, have 2 bathrooms to share, yet plenty of space to gather together. The hosts immediately responded to any questions making our stay stress free. We loved the lake view, sat by the pond in the back and drank coffee on the deck in the sun. Highly recommend Derek and Ronnie’s place and would definitely return when in the area again!

We had a wonderful stay in the rental. This was the first trip that my wife and I were taking with our baby to visit family and it was nice to come back to the comfortable rental at the end of the day with the baby. We had a great time and would certainly be interested to rent here again.

Exactly as described. Impeccably clean and well thought out from kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms. Great communication. Beautiful view of lake from kitchen/dining/living room. Private dock space and parking. Top 5 location we have stayed/rented across entire US from cleanliness and comfort. Would absolutely recommend and stay again in the future.

Great lake house for gatherings of friends and family. The additional rental of the boat was great since there were several older family members. Relaxing and peaceful location in the Poconos.

Stayed the weekend here and it was great, the game room was a huge asset,especially since our first day/night had very rainy weather. The house was clean and well stocked. The back yard was our highlight. Nothing better than having a fire right on the lake ! Will be back for sure!!

Another great stay. My husband (retired) stayed for a few nights and had the best time fishing on the lake by day and by the fire pit during the night. I wish I could have come along but I had to work. We look forward to coming to Kim’s house on the lake to get away from life for a while. Thanks again Kim & Bill, you are both excellent hosts. You know we are returning guests at your beautiful lake house. It has everything we need while we are there.

Wonderfully relaxing. Lovely home with everything you need to stay entertained rain or shine. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Needed a quiet, peaceful, away from every day dealings & I got exactly that here. House was clean, open, beautiful. Loved being so close to the woods and the hike to the falls was great - rocky and wet but there'd been a lot of rain before we got there and a bit more while there so to be expected, but it wasn't difficult at all. Hot tub was very nice! Beds were comfortable. Adored that there were even some dog toys for the 4 legged guests.

Great stay at Katie's place. The weather wasn't perfect, but we were still able to get some great kayaking time on the sizable lake, grill and make a bonfire. Just a 10 minute drive away we found an amazing hike and view at Tank Hollow as well as the historical town of Jim Thorpe which we were quite impressed by. It was a great property to call home for a small reunion of friends looking for a convenient escape from the city.

Great house on the lake; wonderful yard space in the back. Ample room for a group of friends. Bill was very responsive, which we appreciated. Various bed types (soft and hard). Would highly recommend!

The minute you walk through the door this house feels inviting! It has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils but also a lot of extra items you don't normally find in a rental property! They add small touches to make you feel at home. The view from the living room is spectacular, the perfect place to sit and sip a glass of wine while watching the activity on the lake. We weren't able to take advantage of the kayaks provided as much as we would have liked because of the weather, but the home was so cozy staying in was wonderful too. I would highly recommend this property.
