Chalet holiday rentals in Luzerne County

We rented the house for four weeks and it suited our needs well. We enjoyed the open layout. I could fix dinner and still enjoy the fire and see the TV. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and there was plenty of hot water. I enjoyed using the table in the loft to paint. The internet in the home worked exceptionally well for us and our AT&T phones had great reception. Amy and Steven replied to texts quickly and were available for any questions we might have had while we were in the home. The house is centrally located to any hiking, boating, biking or other activities you might like to do in the Poconos. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent great place has plenty of room 2 of the bedroom has private bathroom and the basement with the bar and the pool to play was great. Has a fire pit outside.

We had a fantastic time at Julia’s Chalet in Lake Harmony! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless, and Julia was super responsive, answering our questions quickly. The location was perfect—close to Lake Harmony. We’d love to return! Highly recommend!

Our original Airbnb reservation was cancelled so I was very glad Catherine’s place was available on the dates we needed. It was even nicer than the photos and perfect for our needs. I appreciated being able to travel with our small dog. I grew up in the area so it was very nostalgic for me to stay behind the church my family used to attend. It was nice to have access to the private beach on the lake even though weather prevented us from using the beach passes. We would stay here again!

A beautiful home in an excellent location! Easy to find, fun community amenities, and a whole lot of space. Even for 14 people we had plenty of room even on rainy days! Ralph was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Just remember to bring the basics with you! (Soap / shampoo & the like) Overall I’d say that the space was good value for the rate, and I would absolutely stay there again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, extra towels, and local recommendations. The location was perfect—just a short drive to great restaurants, shops. Our host Nancy was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We especially appreciated the close proximity to town while still feeling peaceful and private. A perfect home base for our family trip, would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Gina's house! The house layout was fabulous for us as we were with multiple families and several kids. The kids had their own floor of the house! We were missing a few essentials that we thought the house might have but nothing that we could not grab at the store close by. Overall, it was such a great little getaway!

PoconoJo’s was an amazing house! I have very high standards and this house was an excellent place for our vacation. It was spotless, had very comfortable beds, beautiful design and layout with big windows and a huge deck to enjoy the outdoors. And the deck had great lounge and dining furniture. The amenities were great from the big things to little details - everything you needed to cook a great meal in the kitchen, laundry supplies, board games, a whole set of supplies for going to the beach on the lake (chairs, towels, cooler, etc). And the little things were there as well - extra sunglasses, reading glasses, pickleball equipment, etc. The neighborhood was so peaceful, and the home is in a great location- just minutes from downtown Jim Thorpe and outdoor activities (like biking and rafting). Mandy was a great host - we were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and she left a generous gift bag with flowers for when we arrived. It truly was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it!

Ryan was a great host - we enjoyed the great amenities his home had to offer. It is walkable distance from the lake and we were able to partake in the farmers market as well as lake sports. The sauna, hot tub, and games room are great perks to have as well. The home was clean and easy to check in.
