Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Urban one-storey villa with water views. The house has three bedrooms, an extra room, a large living room with fireplace and kitchen and dining area with room for 8 people. There are two toilets, laundry room, sauna, bathtub and showers. There are outdoor patios with dining tables on both the front and back. Gas grill and firewood boiler. A trampoline and swings are next to the house as well as green areas, Luleå's best playground is only 100m away. Walking to the city center takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available.

Rich wildlife with the opportunity to see, among other things, wild mammals and birds of prey. In summer, two kayaks can be rented.

Modern beach cottage by the sea

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There is also a lot of off-road bike trails. To Piteå center it takes 10 minutes by car. Free parking and access to 11 kw electric car charger. Smoke and animal-free. Warmly welcome ! Ulrika

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)
