Room for student - 13 sqm

We are a family of five people, of which three children under the age of ten, who are happy to rent out two available rooms in our house to students. Rooms are located downstairs while family sleeps upstairs. As a tenant, you share the kitchen and toilet with the family but have access to your own shower that is not shared with us. The house is in a newly built area just outside Luleå. It takes less than ten minutes by bus and about 20 minutes by bike to the university.
