Waterfront holiday rentals in Norrbotten County

We spent wonderful winter days here It was only rented out our apartment, so we were able to use the sauna on our own. The location right at the river is picturesque, Jarhois is a very small, quiet village without much tourism with a lot of nature. We will be happy to come back!

I went to Luleå with my two adult children on a summer holiday, and we found this nice apartment at short notice. The apartment was within walking distance of the train station and check-in was easy. The apartment is best suited for two guests, but also a third bed on the sofa is suitable for an adult sleeper. There were grocery stores and everything else you needed nearby. Local buses run close to the accommodation and we went to Gammalstad, for example, where you could get from the apartment by direct bus. As a host, Cody was a warm, helpful, flexible and friendly host who took care of us in a great way during the trip. We got tips on interesting local attractions, Cody also asked if we were all right. The extra night was also well organized, so we were able to stay in Luleå longer than planned. Communication was easy and effortless. Thanks Cody - warm recommendation!

Stayed overnight when we were in transit. Fresh accommodation with parking just outside. Easy to check in and out no matter the hour.

We spent a quiet and restful night at the property on the way north. In the evening we were even lucky enough to see the northern lights directly at the apartment. Thank you very much for everything, very happy to come back.

A wonderful cottage in the ruggedly beautiful landscape near Kilpisjärvi activities, such as Saana mountain. A day trip to Tromsø was convenient from this location. As a bonus, a clean log sauna with good steam.

Nice remote location by a lake. We stayed right after Christmas until January 4th and had a lovely time in a warm cabin and had the luck of seeing the northern lights on new years eve. If you come in the winter times be prepared for ice, snow, minus -25 Celsius and also transportation problems because of the climate, it was an adventure for sure ;) The kitchen is well prepped with accessoires and stuff you wouldnt expect in an AirBnB. That for that. A few chairs and things needs to replaced because they are well used, we liked the overall rustique decorations and the look of the interiour. Not for the faint vegan hearted as there is quite some taxing taxidermy on the wall :D The communication with the owners was very good and acommodating and we are thinking about returning some time in the future, possibly trying out the summer up there :)

We spent three wonderful days in the little red house, right on the Baltic Sea. It was very tastefully decorated, cozy and clean. From the bed we had a fantastic view of the snowy landscape and the frozen Baltic Sea. A small path also leads to a barrel sauna with direct views of the sea. Since the owners arrived on the last day of our stay, we were able to get to know them. They were totally warm and provided us with tips for our onward journey. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Great stay in Lapland! The accommodation was perfect, the fireplace is a real plus! The view in the morning is beautiful! Richard is very responsive! We were able to enjoy the northern lights and Lulea is very close by car! If you want a real change of scenery and rest, the accommodation is perfect. 😊 I recommend it without hesitation! We really liked Hanna's house. We felt right at home. The house is very spacious. We were very much looking forward to the wood-fired sauna and the fireplace in the kitchen. There was enough firewood, plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. The surrounding area is very nice, especially in winter. And the Northern Lights were there every day right in front of the window.

Tommy's cute yellow home is spacious and comfortable. Nothing is missing and the welcome is warm. The neighborhood is just as friendly and the surroundings are interesting. Thanks to Tommy for his kindness and generosity. I would highly recommend it!

We had 5 nights at Karin's house. We are two adults and two children ages 8 and 10. The house is very cozy and was a perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the beautiful winter landscape and the frozen fjord. The house is not far from Luleå, but you have to get out of some small road with limited speed, so it takes about 25 minutes. The drive is very beautiful through the winter forest, and the road was nicely cleared while we were there. Karin is very flexible and accommodating, and we got really good information both before and after check out.
