Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå med egen ingång, hall, badrum och sovrum. Det finns inte kök, men det finns en liten kyl, micro, vattenkokare och enklare husgeråd. Det finns gatuparkering precis utanför huset. Vi bor i lägenheten bredvid. Det är en innerdörr mellan lägenheterna men den är blockerad och bra isolerad så det är inte så lyhört mellan lägenheterna. Mysigt och prisvärt boende!

Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
