Il soggiorno alla Cascina Lavanda è stato davvero una boccata d’aria fresca! Un posto perfetto per staccare la spina dal caos quotidiano. Io e il mio cagnolone ci siamo sentiti subito a casa: l’appartamento è ampio, super accogliente, e quella veranda affacciata sul verde… una meraviglia! Pomeriggi e serate passati in totale relax, circondati dalla natura e dalla pace. Un grazie enorme a Luigi, che è stato gentilissimo fin dal primo momento: sempre disponibile, attento e pieno di consigli utili su cosa fare nei dintorni. Un vero padrone di casa! In più, la posizione è comodissima per esplorare le cittadine intorno al lago Maggiore, tutte a portata di mano. Insomma, un’esperienza bellissima in un angolo di paradiso. Grazie di cuore, Luigi!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo alloggiato presso l’appartamento di Andrea per un weekend lungo. Si respira aria di bontà, una delle migliori case in cui ho alloggiato, ha una sua identitá soprattutto grazie all’host disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, di quelli che sono ormai rari da trovare. Andrea ci ha dato molte informazioni utili sui luoghi da visitare, su come arrivarci e dove posteggiare. L’appartamento era curatissimo, nuovo e fornito di ogni comodità, come tutto l’occorrente per cucinare (compreso di sale, olio, zucchero, caffè ecc.), sapone, asciugamani di ogni dimensione, phon. Anche il contesto in cui era inserito l’alloggio è degno di nota: un paesino tranquillissimo e immerso nella natura, ma a soli 10 minuti dal centro di verbania e dalle migliori attrazioni turistiche della zona. Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio a tutti.

Sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See. Absolutes Highlight war der Balkon mit Morgensonne und fantastischem Blick. Silvia war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns persönlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank wartete bereits ein Aperitiv auf uns. Silvia hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt und hat sogar die Restaurant-Reservationen für uns übernommen, da unser italienisch zu schlecht dafür war. This is a beautiful hidden gem in lake Maggiore! Spectacular panoramic views from balcony and room. Perfectly setup for romantic stays and cooking your own food or bbq outside at the balcony. Filippo was a great host! Very helpful and responsive. Pack lightly as it’s a 4 floor walk up. We will definitely love to stay again at Filippo’s place!

Das Apartment ist super schön gelegen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Sogar vom Bett aus kann man den Blick genießen. Auf dem Balkon kann man sogar bei Regen entspannen, da er komplett überdacht ist. Leider muss man überall mit dem Auto hin fahren, da es keine Fußgängerwege am Apartment gab. Aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in den umliegenden Ortschaften mit schönen Promenaden und Restaurants.

Terrazza sur lago surpassed expectations! We chose to come in from Lugano by Uber (a new service just offered in 2025), from there you do have some stairs to negotiate to the beautiful apartment. However, another option is to take a scenic ferry ride from Lugano to Gandria if you have time and want fewer stairs. Once you arrive, you will find the sparkling clean apartment better than the photos. The kitchen is spacious and very well fit out. A nice dining table provides great views of Lago Lugano. Two spacious bedrooms, both offer great lake views, one with a walk-out to a large patio area, with table, chairs, umbrella and comfy furniture for kicking back. We ate every breakfast out there taking in the lake. A quick 10 minute Uber ride puts you in Lugano - tons of restaurants, shopping and nite life. It’s also a 10 minute drive to the funicular for Mounte Bré (great views and hikes). In town - try the Olive Trail hike in Gandria or take a ferry tour of the lake. Bellissimo!

Das Gebäude ist zwar nicht modern aber zentral und mit dem Auto dankt dem gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz sehr praktisch. die Wohnung war sauber und nichts hat gefehlt. Auch mit dem schmalen Lift ist es gewohnheitsbedürftig. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert mit zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Danke Fiorella

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Orta! Carla was extremely helpful and friendly and the property was perfect for my and my daughter's needs. We had everything we needed, plus the location right on the lake, within an easy walk to the town, but far enough away from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet, was ideal. Having parking and not having to drive through the town's narrow streets to access the property made life a lot easier.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Très bel appartement, point de départ pratique pour Milan ou le lac de Come. Appartement dans une résidence calme et sécurisé. Marcello a ete accueillant et nous a laissé a disposition un guide pour Milan.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Eine Oase der Entspannung – absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt. Die Atmosphäre ist wundervoll – ruhig, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: modern, hochwertig und absolut sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal sowie den erstklassigen Service – man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Ein ideales Reiseziel für Ehepaare, die Ruhe, Komfort und eine besondere Zeit zu zweit genießen möchten. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt, aber ganz sicher nicht unser letzter. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Auszeit!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour juste l’arrivée qui était un peu compliqué les instructions était pourtant claire mais le gps n’a pas fonctionné, route très étroite en pavé et a doublé sens vraiment pas évident de circuler en pente. Bel appartement avec vu sur le lac, piscine un peu froide dommage, terrasse qui manque un peu d’intimité. Très bon restaurant « baba du lac » où nous avons mangé pour pas très cher je recommande vivement ! Ville qui n’est pas de ferry pour Varenne donc obligé de prendre la voiture sinon accessible pour les autres villes , compter 1h/1h30 de trajet sur le lac. Taxé de séjour 1euro/personne à compter et payé en espèce à l’arrivée. Je n’ai pas trouvé Irene très souriante à mon arrivée mais elle nous a bien expliqué le logement , les accès et répondait rapidement aux messages merci à vous

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

Wir waren vier Tage in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Es lohnt sich auch, einmal zu Fuß in den Ort zu laufen und durch die kleinen Gässchen zu schlendern. Unten an der Hauptstraße gibt es einen kleinen Feinkostladen, der es uns sehr angetan hat. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man in Stresa und in 20 Minuten in Arona, wo man gut shoppen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
