Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Lugano District

We loved our stay here! Two comfortable king beds (2 twins together for each) and a great balcony that was fairly private with comfortable furniture. It had a small kitchen with 2 stovetop burners, a hot water pitcher, and a small fridge. It had air conditioning and was very clean and modern. The infinity pool and lake access was fantastic!

We were satisfied, the handling was very easy and straightforward. The place was as shown on the pictures and in the description.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful apartment!

6 night stay with two adults, a 6-year-old girl and two 2-year-old children. The main room was spacious enough to use our two camping loungers for the little ones, so we could close the sofa bed in the living room and take advantage of the entire living area. The kitchen is small but ok for cooking a pasta dish or breakfast; the fact that there was a dishwasher was very useful. Too bad there is a laundry room, but there is a rack and iron and ironing board, so small emergencies can be handled by hand washing them. The building is very modern and elegant. The elevator is spacious, everything is very clean. The garage has a height limit too low for my car, but with parkingpay you can use the blue stripes outside the house at 10CHF- day. Other guests of the building are all courteous, and the apartments are well soundproofed. We had a great time, the host is very responsive and friendly, we will be back with pleasure.

Extremely clean and comfortable apartment in a beautiful location! Having use of the hotel pool was wonderful after a long day of site seeing. The restaurants on property were convenient too! It is a 20 minutes stroll into Morcote with a variety of restaurants. The only thing lacking was walkable proximity to a COOP for groceries. If you arrive by train and bus, I would recommend picking up essentials on your way to the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Peter is a super friendly and flexible host. The WLAN connection has now also been improved and is now stable even for video meetings. The view is fantastic. Kitchen is super equipped: spices, tea and even coffee capsules for the coffee machine were massively available.

Amazing host and wonderful apartment. Definitely recommend for families as it has everything you need. We will gladly consider this apartment for our next trip to Vira!

It was great. A really nice little apartment with everything you need. Clean and fresh towels/sheets. Gerda is super warm and so helpful. The apartment is in a great location, Locarno and the lake is within walking distance and otherwise the bus runs right outside the house. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back soon. The contact with Fikrete was very friendly, we immediately felt very comfortable and the view of the lake is fantastic. In general, the complex looks very well maintained and despite many residential units, you can enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony. The car can be parked in the yard, which is secured to you by a gate. A pool completes it all and of course direct access to the lake . Bissone is located just outside Lugano, very nice quiet with numerous opportunities for walking. However, Lugano can be reached very quickly by bus or car. Lugano captivates with its promenade and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are also many possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. For us, it was perfect at Fikrete, with plenty of everything, sparkling clean and practical/ friendly furnishings. Thank you again and see you soon family Pfeiffer

Great location, clean, nice garden to linger and quiet. Could check in an hour earlier and use the underground parking space.

We had a wonderful stay with Claudia, she was very helpful and friendly and the apartment was immaculate. We enjoyed a relaxing time at the spa and would certainly return again

Very clean and warm cosi apartment where we had a great stay...will be sure to come back during our next stay in Ascona. The garden adjoins a beautiful pool with few people frequenting it. Ideal for a family. In addition, Tiziana was very responsive to all our requests. Nothing to say...it was perfect.

Everything worked out very well! Sheila welcomed us very nicely and gave us great tips for places to discover and eat. We were also allowed to use private bicycles. The apartment was very clean, has plenty of space and is right on the lake and in 5 minutes you are in Locarno!

Everything was just amazing! I stayed for 4 nights with Sheila and her cats and had a very good time in Minusio. The house is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and just a few footsteps away from the lake. Sheila is a wonderful host that helps you with everything you need and she is very nice to talk with!

A good friend and I felt very comfortable at Sheila's. We were able to really enjoy her lovely balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains for our specially prepared breakfast. In the kitchen, we were allowed to use everything we needed. With Sheila's small bikes, you could ride everything along the lake to Ascona and enjoy dinner there. Near Sheila's home there was a lovely meadow and swimming in the lake, right by the fine Osteria restaurant. My good friend heard the train at night and needed earplugs. I myself didn't hear it much and I could sleep well without earplugs. Very nice hostess. You shouldn't have any trouble with the cats, because you encounter them everywhere every now and then, but they are not cheeky. Thank you Sheila for the nice stay with you and your trust.

Nice house in the quite village of Aranno. Free parking is a 2 min walk away. We enjoyed chilling in the spacious garden in the evening. The two Queen beds are a bit small but can still accommodate 4 people without much difficulty.

We were in Locarno for a women's weekend and are thrilled with our stay. The house was very clean, perfectly equipped, we felt very comfortable. With two seats you always have sun if you want. The location is great, quiet but very close (on foot) to Piazza Grande, the Lido, the lake and the public transport stops. The hostess was very nice, flexible, and you can feel that this house is a matter of heart. We will be happy to come back! 🩷

Great location near the bus stop and on the lake. Paolo and Yoko are very sweet and helpful, breakfast in the garden was beautiful and delicious, and the option to bike or paddle board was great! Very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the comfortable stay! Only parking was a bit complicated, because you can hardly park your car anywhere in Locarno/Minusio for more than a few hours. This is of course not Valentina's fault. I just want to advise all future guests to arrive without a car.
