TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, very kind and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for your home and for such a wonderful experience. I would 💯% recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. 😊

We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

We had a wonderful stay; one night simply wasn't enough to fully enjoy this place! The kitchen is absolutely a dream, and the house is impeccably maintained. Given the presence of flies, they should provide a fly spray. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

We went a day after the Pahiyas Festival to avoid the crowd, yet get to see the beautiful houses with decors. The property has ample parking space within the gated property so it's safe and since the location is still within the town proper, we didn't have to bring our cars. Walking to the Church and around the town is not a problem. The kitchen is equipped enough for you to do basic cooking. If you need something that is not available at hand, like for us, the griller and the kitchen scissors, June will provide it at once. We even asked for some banana leaves from their backyard and they gave it to us for our impromptu boodle fight. The garden suite is very spacious and private. We barely noticed that there were other guests in the other units they have. It's very cozy and it feels like home.

From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. We had an exceptional stay at the beach house. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the beautifully modern design throughout the property. Every room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is unbeatable. Just steps from the beach, where we enjoyed peaceful walks and stunning views. The private pool was another highlight, a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun in total privacy. We’re already planning to return for a longer stay!

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Still the best place to stay in Mauban. We were lucky enough to book this upper floor after our check-in with Arvin's other listing. Would recommend Arvin to other travelers.

Place is nice, clean, spacious, and bright. It has everything you need for a quick staycation. The host is always quick to respond and very proactive in coordinating and giving instructions. Will surely go back! We loved our time here.

I had a very pleasant overnight stay. Wifi was good and was able to work. Slept well on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. I wish I had tried the pool :-) beautiful garden made it extra special.

The place was located far from the subd's entrance, away from the bustling highway. Apparently there's also a curfew imposed at night for deliveries, etc. Place was a whole house, and it was spacious and clean. Their Honesty Store located at the kitchen really stood out for me and my partner! Not having to think of where to buy some stuff for cooking was really great. Everything was labeled and guidelines for transportation can be found on the fridge door-- we appreciate that! It was an overall good stay. Would definitely book this place again. ☺️

Kathleen was a great host and the location was beautiful! The rooftop has a breathtaking view. The airconditioning was great. And the bathroom was comfortable. The pool was also a very much desired luxury on the days when the weather was warm. The location is also very close to the maintown area, so we were able to pick up groceries and food easily. The host was also accommodating when we said we were bringing guests that needed to park their cars in the front. Having said these things, we were a little confused if the karaoke room on the rooftop was supposed to be avaiable to guests. On the first night, the host's family was singing karaoke above us, which was fine but just a bit of a surprise. Later in the week, we sang a bit ourselves but then, based on the host's reaction, weren't sure later if that was something we were permitted to do. Otherwise, everything was great and we'd recommend this stay to everyone!

Beautiful and peaceful location. A bit expensive but it’s an exclusive location and peak period so somewhat understandable. The host was proactive and flexible with check in and out hours. The unit was big enough for 6 pax and nicely furnished.

Worth the stay!

The place was cozy and comfortable overall. The air conditioning worked great, and the bed was very relaxing. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. If you're very meticulous person when it comes to cleanliness, this place might not meet your expectations. In our case, we found a melted ice cream spill on the floor that had already attracted ants. The bathroom also had a noticeable unpleasant odor. Additionally, the keyhole should be replaced as it was difficult to unlock the door especially when carrying several items. Lastly, the carpets and slippers should be cleaned/replaced as well, as they’ve become dark from accumulated dirt and dust. Overall, for its price I think it's quite worth it naman. Loved our stay in this place. I think out of all the places I have stayed in Tagaytay, this unit has the best and most amazing view of Taal Lake! The place was super clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Wi-Fi was fast too — great for getting some work done. Perfect spot for small families or working remotely. Would definitely book again!
