Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

The place is incredibly beautiful and very private. My team enjoyed the whole stay here. Their caretaker is very responsive and helpful to us. We also enjoyed the pool. It's very clean. We also enjoyed their court where my team played games. We also love their karaoke spot. Also, they provide utensils and kitchen tools so it's not hard for us to bring stuffs since it is already provided. Highly recommended.

Our stay at La Veranda was very peaceful and the surroundings inside and out were beautiful! Everything was clean and we were all very relaxed staying here! Definitely recommend for a large family with several rooms and beds!

We had an amazing 3-day stay at Kirk’s Place! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The place is exactly as described—clean, private, and perfect for families. It gives off a peaceful probinsya vibe that’s so relaxing and refreshing. Kirk was very responsive throughout, and all the details were clear and well-communicated. The house was spotless, and we always felt safe and comfortable. A special shoutout to Kuya Cedric, the caretaker, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He kept the area clean, regularly filtered and maintained the pool both day and night, and was always ready to assist—even going to nearby stores to buy us essentials. He truly takes pride in what he does. I even offered him a tip, but he humbly declined—a true example of genuine service. This place is definitely worth the price and we highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and spend quality time with loved ones. Thank you for the hospitality!
