It's so hard to find a decent airbnb in Philippine provinces, so this place is a gem!! The host and caretakers were so kind. We also had a free breakfast included. Very happy overall considering the price as well. Will book again if we visit Lucena.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is very safe with outdoor CCTV and free, secure parking. Check-in was easy with the Keybox. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, with hotel-quality bed and pillows. The aircon was cold, and the WiFi was strong. The bathroom was very clean and had a shower heater. It’s a quick 8-minute walk to SM Lucena City. Ms. Meg and Ms. Yodie were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Time and money saved by just being close to Pacific Mall - Lucena. Most importantly, The place is easy to find and has all the amenities they mentioned in the listing. This place sure is also nice for just hanging out if that's what people are looking for. If we ever need a room to stay again in Lucena, I might just pick this one again.

Very clean and comfortable. One of the reasons why I loved the place is because it allowed my pets to stay with us which is quite hard to find in Airbnbs now in Lucena. I had a lot of new and unforgettable memories from this house and if I could just get back there now, I'll definitely do it. Most importantly, Miss Janet is the best host I've ever had. A very responsive, responsible, and understanding host. Despite of her busyness at work she still makes sure she can respond to the need of her guests. Aubrey was very helpful and responsive during our stay. The cat who often visited was a plus to add to the hominess of the apartment. And the elderly couple living across the house was also friendly and welcoming.

Literally, 1 minute going to the beach. Accessible foods and drinks around the vicinity. But needing improvement on some of the amenities. Nonetheless, this is still worth-the-money type of stay. They are very much welcoming and serves what is needed. Salamat po. 😀

I booked Emma's place for my cousins who are currently vacationing in the Philippines. According to them, the place is cozy and clean, and in a convenient location. Emma was a great host as she (or her husband) responded to my messages right away. They provided clear and detailed instructions for the unit. We had an amazing stay at the 301 Penthouse. From the smooth booking process to the warm welcome during check-in, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, which made us feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, and being on the rooftop added a special touch — we enjoyed relaxing outside while taking in the view of the resort. I stayed with my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and we all truly loved the experience. What’s great is that even though you’re just a few hours away from the city, it feels peaceful and quiet — the perfect escape. At the same time, you still have the convenience of city living with nearby malls and food delivery like Grab. Would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was Awesome. The place was very private and peaceful exactly what we are looking for on a Mother’s day where every place in san juan was full packed. The view the pool and the bed was great. Super helpful and accommodating ang lahat ng staff. The hike going down and up from the beach was something, good for active people pero kung hindi ka fun ng walking hiking not for you ang beach pero I suggest take the experience kasi relaxing naman sya ang daming birds ka makikita at maririnig along the way. The food was also good. Sana lang my stirrer para sa coffee sa room. But it does not bother at all pwede naman humingi. All in all babalikan pwede sa maselan at highly recommended. I suggest bringing a car n ready for off road. My kapirasong malubak lang going to the place.

The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. Meredith, the caretaker, was fantastic—very responsive and gave clear instructions throughout.
