An amazing apartment close to great restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was beautiful, and quiet - great for relaxing after a busy day. Gerald was a great host, responsive and friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Manila.

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! It was listed as 5* by other airbnb guests and after my stay I was similarly impressed. The apartment was wonderful and spacious to live in and the surrounding area of Uptown has so many great restaurants,shops and bars that there is always something to do. Although I feel that adding a safe would be a useful addition for extra peace of mind. Micheal was always responsive and friendly as a host and all communications came in a timely and manner. it was easy to chat to him. I would be happy to stay there again and recommend others to do the same.

The owner is very accommodating. I asked if possible for early check-in, it was approved. I had last minute additional guests to check-in, it was totally fine and accommodated. Enjoyed the whole night stay and had to extend an hour to checkout and it was smoothly allowed by the owner. The place is clean and homie vibes, balcony with the view of the garden and pool area. Thank you! Definitely booked this again!

Was a great staycation for the weekend. Just a relaxing 3 days. Location was perfect, everything is walkable. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Host is very accommodating and responses very quickly after each message I sent to her. The building elevator can sometimes be overwhelmed by people causing a little delay on going up or down to your unit. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Had a great stay. The view of the golf course was absolutely beautiful as well as the street down below. Maxime was very responsive and helped out a lot with some of the issues my party and I encountered. Location of the airbnb was awesome, with almost everything you want to eat at, visit, etc. being within walking-distance. Overall, had an amazing time here and had an absolute incredible experience.

Have tried a lot of airbnbs, and this one feels like home. The host is very responsive and helpful, and the place aesthetics really made us relax. Yung mga little things like 4 yung water, 4 yung towel, kht 2 adults lang kami. They still considered our two kids. Those little things really are very thoughtful of them. Will definitely book again!

The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

This a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Angeles City. Very affordable but also not lacking in comfort or quality. The bathroom and balcony were the standouts to us. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Such a great place and is very peaceful. The host did a great job accomodating us even tho we had a lot of changes beforehand. Hope to be able to book here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location.
