Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lower Lough Erne

Norita’s home is a lovely home and fit U.S. perfectly! The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The addition of the sheep’s and chickens added to the tranquil setting. The welcome gifts from the “girls in the garden” were delightful! She even made dinner reservations at the Smugglers Creek Restaurant (fabulous location and exceptional food) and arranged a taxi pick for us. A++++

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peter is a great host. We stayed for two nights for a wedding but would have loved to have had time to stay longer. The house facilities were excellent and of a high standard. We hope to get back for another visit! Thank you Peter 👌

Charming chalet set in a peaceful location. Check in was easy, the house was spacious and well equipped with all that you need for cooking, cleaning etc. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Plenty of green space and walks surrounding the chalet which was great for our dog, Cooper. Plentyof parking spaces which was ideal . My husband loved the proximity of the golf courses and made good use of them during his break. Whereas my Mum thoroughly enjoyed the hotel day spa and we had a delicious dinner and drinks in the hotel one evening. We highly recommend this Air B n B to all families and are very grateful to Ryan and co hosts for sharing it with us. Thanks again, Rob, Ash and Eli x

Stephen and Michelle were so friendly and generous, plenty of wood for fire and fire all made up for us, also lovely little touches everywhere and plenty of goodies to consume 🙂 Such a quite and quaint place to stay. Had everything you need and more! Always conmunicative and highly recommended. Good spot for exploring Enniskillen and surrounds.

We had a great short break at Crona's. The house was very cosy and had everything we needed. We managed to do most of Crona's recommendations. The location is perfect for many beaches in the area, being able to bring our dog this was perfect. Breakfast pack was a nice bonus when we arrived. This was a great find, we will be back again!

Absolutely stunning location. We really enjoyed every aspect of this home. Our kids had a great time at the local beaches and caves and we thoroughly enjoyed the scenic drives and the beautiful waterfall close by. Thank you for hosting us ❤️

Our stay here was head and shoulders above any place we have stayed in before. The hosts were genuine in their welcome. The place spotless and had all we needed. It is truly hard to fault. Incredibly good value compared to other places in the area

We had a lovely stay at Celia’s place, it was perfect for our needs as we were attending a wedding nearby. The Airbnb is exactly like the pictures and was spotless - you couldn’t fault it! Good shower, comfy bed, great wee kitchen to work with. Celia herself is an excellent host who communicated promptly with us and kindly let us check in a few hours early, which we really appreciated - plus the generous eggs and brownies were a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt :)

We loved our stay at Fair Green. Muriel met us at arrival and gave us a lovely tour explaining how everything worked, and gave great local recommendations. My child loved all the vittles she and Gordie provided, which were perfect after driving all day. Great tea & coffee selection. Lovely bath and shower products. Very clean. All needed basic amenities were provided. Perfect spot to see Marble Arch Caves, Cuilcagh, and Florencecourt, or very relaxing when hiding from inclement weather. Highly recommend.

Both Fionnuala and Damien were fabulous hosts, they are very friendly, generous and caring. The house was very clean and tidy, has everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Parking is just in front of the door, there is a full kitchen where we prepared most of our breakfasts and dinners. A washing machine was definitely a big plus and a separate bedroom which has a comfortable bed. They have a dog, Bertie, who love to play catch. Host even baked us a brown bread which was simply delicious, something we will miss for sure. Highly recommended and we would love to be back one day.

Fantastic apartment on the Fermanagh lakes! Setting is stunning, with an amazing view. Apartment is excellent. Well located to get into enniskillen and as a base to explore further afield.

For a short stay in Sligo, where there is lots to do, the apartment is ideal.

thank you John, we had a lovely few days in Belcoo and the surrounding area, we love to hike and there's lots of opportunities in this area.. the Airbnb was clean and cosy.. we only came back to sleep as we were exploring north Cavan and Fermagh.. thanks again..

We had a fantastic stay! Colum gave us a tour of the thatch roof cottage and shared stories and videos of local culture. We walked to the ancient tombs and saw more great views of the area. The space was so comfortable and the bathroom was amazing with a great shower and heated towel rod. The house is beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Had the best few nights here. Maria was so lovely and welcoming. The views were amazing and the place was spotless. We loved feeding the ducks and playing with the puppy. Can’t wait to come back

I had a lovely time staying at the Annex, its so quiet and peaceful set out in the countryside however still very close and easy to get to the town. I didn't meet Huw and he was busy farming but Nan came and introduced herself on the check in day and checked that I had everything that I needed. She was really friendly and helpful, any time I messaged she was quick to respond. The annex has everything I needed and it was all where you expected it to be, I didn't find myself hunting around for things . I would definitely recommend and be happy to stay there again :)

Damian’s place was spot-on for our requirements being within easy reach of our favourite village in the area, Mullaghmore. The brightness and cleanliness of the unit was superb!

Beautifully done up apartment. We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding near by. It was very near the venue and easy to book a taxi. Bed and sofa are comfortable and theres a good range of equiptment in kitchen for anything basic. Host was very kind and responsive. The property has some very affectionate cats. Only thing that I would note is thers no window in the bedroom, which is tough if the weather is warm.

Patrick's place was lovely and the view was amazing. Carol came out to meet us and help us in, and she had croissants prepared for our breakfast the next morning. Seamus was very friendly and gave some good recommendations for the local area. There was no sink for doing dishes but Carol kindly took what we had to wash in the main house so that was no problem. A tip for new guests - make sure you follow the instructions Patrick provides for getting to the house instead of relying on Google maps. Google led us astray! Overall a really lovely place to stay.

Stayed one night. Perfect location for us - 45 minutes from Slieve League cliffs. 5 minutes from the town of donegal and restaurants. We were able to pickup food and bring it back to the house to eat. Very clean. Ann was very responsive to all my questions. Easy parking. Bedroom had a skylight which the only drawback for me - it was still bright at midnight and I don’t sleep well unless it’s dark.

Myself and three family members stayed at Candlefort Lodge for a few nights. We were charmed with it. Mary and Brian present a fantastic apartment with all the comforts of home. There was a lovely, much appreciated welcome pack left for us which was a really nice touch and very generous. The kitchen is fantastically kitted out with all sorts of utensils. We cooked breakfasts in the apartment each morning, the pans were fab, nothing stuck to them. All four of us agreed the beds are very comfortable and we all slept very well. The showers were great and the water pressure was very impressive. Candlefort is set in very peaceful surroundings and the river passing at the end of the garden very picturesque. Mary made a point of coming to say hello and that was really nice. Check in and check out were eaay and the instructions were very clear. Communication from Mary was prompt. We would love to return to Candlefort at some point and we would highly recommend it. Thanks Mary & Brian.
