This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

We have stayed here before and never disappoints. This place is in a perfect location directly across from a public access to the beach (#18) so just steps away. Gulf views from the upper deck while having your morning coffee. Close to restaurants and plenty to do.

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time visiting Florida and anything we didn't think to bring or pack was at the home for us to be able to use. Having all of the beach gear there already made the trip so easy! The home is in a great location not super close to the busy areas but just convenient and close enough to anything you wanted to do, also conveniently close to the beach! Heidi, the host was also very helpful when we arrived with any questions or things we needed. Would for sure stay here again!

If you’re looking for easy beach access this is a great location! The house is as pictured, very cute, and already stocked up with household items. Would definitely stay again!

This was our third consecutive year staying here! We always look forward to coming back to Now I Sea for its stunning coastal view, direct beach access, and the nice updated interior. The location is great relative to all the charming beach towns along 30A. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended!

Loved this home! Very close to the beach less than a ten minute walk. Super easy check in and check out process. It was a perfect space and I was always able to get a response from the host! Definitely recommend!

Everything was wonderful. The neighborhood was super quiet. Everything in the house worked perfectly and it was very clean.

This was a great townhouse. Right on the beach! Beautiful views from living room and the master bedroom. Easy access to the beach. So close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were also so appreciative that they let us have early check in! It was wonderful for our little one!!!!

Great relaxing place to stay. Close to the beach with amenities to supply you with beach needs from umbrellas to chairs a cooler and a wagon to pull it all. Beach was within walking distance. The place was great and everything you need was available in the unit. The host provided all the necessities needed to make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable place to stay without any stress. Would book again in the future.

We had a blast . The home was easy to find and close to all attractions. I will definitely be trying to book this home on our next trip. The host was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay Place was very clean and comfortable Sarah was helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Golf cart made things fun and easy for the kids Would go back.

This was a perfect location for us. Walking access to a beautiful beach and 20 minutes away from Andrew's Park, Rosemary Beach and other great beach spots. The additional bonus for us was the possibility to bring our dog with us. Very comfortable place for a family of 4.

Drove from Chicagoland to this address. This did NOT disappoint! After seeking a comfortable place for 4 adults, the location/property was an absolute STANDOUT. This place is CLEAN. And the pool? 4 steps from the back door. OMG BEAUTIFUL. Pool is open until 11pm. WOW! The people? AWESOME! Pool depth - 6ft. WARM This host thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Bring your clothes and set up your Walmart pickup because you're not going to need anything else. STEPS FROM THE BEACH. And I mean STEPS. This was key, and absolutely gorgeous. STEPS from PCB night life and STEPS from anything you need if you do not want to drive. Did not disappoint. Hang a right, and go to Pier Park, and bring your dog to the beach. Hang a left and go to Capt. Jacks or the Wharf for the crab legs. EXQUISITE. You could walk to the coffee shop STEPS from this location every morning. I know, I did. If you rent this property, expect to have a WONDERFUL VACATION. Because I did. And you will too

5 stars all around. This place was AMAZING. It was everything my family needed. Private, but close enough to the beach to walk. The home itself is clean and cozy. We thought coming in that we would need to purchase things like toiletries, paper towels, etc. We didn't have to buy any of that. Sue provided everything we needed and it was extremely helpful. I knew before coming that she had beach supplies, including a wagon and that was so beneficial for us not having to pack even more in my small suv. Maggie was extremely nice and so accommodating. I cannot recommend this house/host enough. Best place we have stayed at. Thank you, Maggie!!

We had the most amazing stay & Jessica was an incredible host! The space was spotless, and felt so cozy and inviting. She was always super quick to respond, and clearly puts a lot of effort into making her guests feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—a quick 6 minute walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The listing photos are exactly what we experienced. Everything was clean and organized and the area was no right downtown meaning less traffic. The pool right out the back door was a definite plus! We would definitely go back!
