Everything was great, from check in, to check out. Condo was just as described, very close to beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again. Look forward to coming back.

The condo appeared to have been recently remodeled and the remodel was done wonderfully. The decor was just the right amount to give a cozy beach atmosphere. The floor to ceiling windows in each bedroom and living space offered gorgeous up close ocean/beach views. The provided beach chairs are VERY NICE and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for preparing/enjoying meals. There was a good selection of pillows and blankets available as well as fans. I especially appreciated that there were no steps/stairs to the beach. The grounds were kept clean and nicely landscaped. The lagoon pool was too chilly to enjoy during our stay, but the pool closest to the building was the perfect temperature and offered plenty of lounge chairs. Overall it was a relaxing, peaceful stay.

Had a amazing stay at Holiday Beach in PCB! If you are looking for a place that is close to the beach and most importantly comfortable and clean. This is the place for you!

Best spot for a quick stay. Comfortable and affordable. Dog-friendly with a full kitchen. Very quick walk to the beach ~ the beach entrance is less than 20 steps from the front door. And Schooners is less than a 10 minute walk down the beach. Tracy was always quick to respond and helped us get checked in the late night of within 3 hours of booking the stay. Thanks Tracy!

Loved stayed here! Very clean, beds are comfortable and the air conditioner does amazing! Those are huge things to us. We will definitely book again!

My husband and I wanted a local stay in Florida and we love visiting Panama City for a staycation. We ended up booking with Nina and her home was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Nina made sure to check in on us from time to time to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. I would highly recommend this property for future stays.

Beautiful apartment located right in the center of downtown Panama City! Walking distance (1-3 minutes) to great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, farmer’s market (Saturdays only), and more. We were in town for a graduation and didn’t originally plan on being at the apartment much, but we looked forward to our down time so we could explore the area. Our host, Daniel, was very responsive. We reached out with an issue, and he responded right away and resolved the issue quickly. Apartment was decorated beautifully! There were guests staying in the apartment next door, but with the brick wall, we didn’t hear a sound. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to PC!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful condo that looks exactly like the description. She strongly recommends to bring certain things, but also left extra trash bags, dish soap, and sponge. Also some coffee filters, which I was grateful becaI had forgotten. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. The view was amazing and the unit clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo—clean, comfortable, and right across from a beach access point, just steps from the ocean. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear, a washer and dryer and the beds were super comfy. The pool area was great with outside showers. It was just a short walk to bars, with whiskeys saloon right around the corner. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Everything was exactly as described/pictured and honestly may have even been prettier in person. Zach was communicative throughout the whole stay and although we didn’t need anything during our stay, there’s no doubt it would have been taken care of efficiently if we had. Thank you for being a great host and providing such a great place to stay for our family vacation!

Richard was extremely helpful and responsive. He was very nice and we had the best time on our little vacation. He gave us helpful tips for restaurants and fun things to do. The condo was so clean and lovely and home away from home. We throughly enjoyed our visit. We loved that we could walk to almost anywhere and walk the beach at night was so much fun.

Had a great Memorial Day weekend at John’s place. Incredible water and beach view. Condo was adorable and perfect for 2. We’ll be back!

Jen and Mike’s home was wonderful and we felt like we were at home! They were very responsive and nice. We had a great time! Will definitely be back in the future!

Nelofer was so sweet and accommodating for a last minute booking. Her place is tiny but it was perfect — a quick walk to the beach, I’ve cream shops, arcades and cart racing plus plenty of restaurants to choose from — all within a few minutes drive. Her decor felt like home and we loved sitting at the patio enjoying the beautiful night breeze or enjoying a shaded game of monopoly. I would definitely book again. TYSM for such sweet, special memories for our girl.

David’s condo is in an incredible and safe location convenient to everything. I recently traveled to Panama City beach with my daughters for a music festival and stayed here a few nights. We arrived late at night and David was thoughtful enough to have the sofa bed made up and left lights on for us. We especially enjoyed the binder of local recommendations with notes, directions, and photos- we checked out the popular donut shop nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to have snacks and refreshments left for us on the counter, plenty of ice, seasonings, and a fully stocked kitchen to use. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, wash cloths, and extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash products to use in case you forgot something. You truly only need to bring your belongings and groceries to enjoy your time here. The pool and spa were even closer out the back door than the photos show, and were rarely occupied. We would stay again and appreciated David’s hospitality.

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua 201! Kim’s instructions from the beginning were easy & informative. The second floor unit overlooking the pool and ocean was perfect. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made the unit feel even more spacious. Balconies from the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were a pleasant surprise as we enjoyed watching the night-life and cruising. Restaurants were within walking distance; Pier Park was a fun place we visited a few times; Pineapple Willy’s was about a 20 minute drive; Target & Walmart were 5 minutes away. We went to The Wicked Wheel twice for dinner- definitely recommend! Parking is $50 for the week, & we always felt safe. Beach chairs/umbrella are available for $40/day in front of the condo, but we brought our own chairs & tent, even though Kim does have chairs/umbrellas/toys available. The washer/dryer was perfect every day we came up from the beach! This condo was definitely our home away from home…with the best views! We will be back for sure!

The condo was super clean and right on the beach! We loved sitting on the huge balcony and even saw dolphins multiple times. Place was really clean. Christie answered my questions quickly and was great at communicating. We were able to check in early which was also a plus.

The condo was clean, updated had everything you could need to feel right at home & it is close to everything we wanted to do we loved that the resort has a movie theater, which we did take advantage of we ate at the café numerous times the only downside was the elevator wait which Keith did warn us about up front Keith was a great host we definitely recommend staying here

Condo was just as described. The view was great. Located close to everything. Pool with food and drinks was amazing. Parking was a little crazy but I will stay again.
