Beach apartment holiday rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

Place was great! Super close to beach and lots of walkable locations! House was spotless and super nice! Everytime I messages Niki I had a response within ten minutes! Great host and great stay!

We loved the condo ! It was perfect for our family ! We hope to come back next year and stay at this same location!

They were fabulous hosts! They responded quickly to all our questions. The unit was wonderful with a fully stocked kitchen. We will for sure be back!

Hosts were very responsive and helpful, answered all questions we had. The space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, very easy to find and close to restaurants and stores.

Amazing stay!!! I love the privacy this location has, car passes were checked every single time we came in so it keeps out people who aren’t actually staying on property. Elevators were always fast. Beach chairs included made it so much easier too!

This condo was PERFECT for our family beach adventure/trip. It was just right for our family of 4, and the beach is just a couple of minutes away. My two kiddos also loved the pool! The condo is so comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. Our host was so great with communication ahead of our trip, as well as during it. The surrounding area and beach access was very family-friendly. We also took advantage of the on-site grills and cooked dinner a couple of times. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely use it again on our next trip! We love PCP!

Mekayla’s place was so amazing! As a first time air bnb user, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The place was cute, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location with the beach AND pool. I have no complaints! The place was TOTALLY worth what we paid. Mekayla was a great host, very communicative and sweet. She also provided some restaurant recommendations which was SO helpful and made meals a breeze. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend! Away from the chaos of central PCB. Easy access to the beach. Great pool. Condo is very comfortable and quiet. Great for our family with a toddler.

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

Nina’s place was great. She was a great host, and was able to respond and accommodate our needs accordingly. Her place is exactly as advertised. We were in walking distance of many great restaurants, as well as Walmart, and right across from the beach. We hope to come back and stay in the future! I would highly recommend her place to anyone.

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. This condo was beautifully decorated with a stunning view. Nick was so helpful from checkin to checkout. I’ve been a Airbnb super host for years but this stay showed me I could definitely do more. I want to implement things from my stay with Nick into my own airbnb. Needless to say this was an all around great experience! I would totally recommend booking this gorgeous getaway. Thanks again Nick ❤️

Had a great stay, place looks even better than the pictures because there is updated flooring (no more carpet). Good number of toys for the kids. If you're going to Florida for the beach, this place is perfect. So convenient having a place right on the ground floor.

Awesome place to stay! The resort is great for kids, with lots of fun things to do. The condo was squeaky clean and well stocked. Location is super convenient. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I rented this place for 3 nights. We had never been to the area, and my daughter and her family were staying a few blocks down, and actually found this for us as she knows the area. This place was perfect for us and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. There were 2 pools and my grandchildren absolutely loved the “big bathtub” as they called it. It was perfect for them, they’re 2 and 4. The place had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable, always a plus! Sarah gave good recommendations and was very quick to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

The boardwalk is the best! Very kid friendly, restaurant on site and the condo was beautiful and clean. Instructions were given via email routinely and there was no need for us to contact the host. Would definitely stay again.
