Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Small apartment in Gesäuse - perfect for hiking

This small apartment in the middle of the Gesäuse offers all nature lovers a home to feel good. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, mountaineering and also whitewater tours in the Enns. In winter, you can cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring, skiing and anything else you want. As a bad weather program, the Admont pencil would be a good option. The hostess is always informed about hiking trails, tours and more. She is always happy to answer any questions.

Charming, central and newly renovated - this is our holiday apartment on Lake Neusiedl. The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 5 holidaymakers and is 70 m² in size. A romantic courtyard with blooming oleanders and seating areas invites you to rest and enjoy. Directly in front of the apartment is a small snack garden and herbs for picking. We also provide breakfast of homemade jams, house garden products and organic grape juice at an additional cost.

Lunz am See apartment with a view

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

I rent out my spacious, quiet apartment in the wine village of Hadersdorf am Kamp. At your disposal are 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 sleeping possibilities on the sofa in the living-dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, small balcony overlooking the apricot garden and seating area to enjoy a breakfast or an eighth of wine. One parking space is available right in front of the house entrance.

My place is in the wine village of Gols, nearby are Lake Neusiedl, the outlet center Parndorf, a train station to Vienna, the St. Martin spa, art and culture, restaurants, family-friendly activities, great scenery. You will arrive & feel comfortable in my place. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
