great place for a larger group, you feel at home right away and the city is just down the hill!

The apartment extends over three floors. Entrance is at ground level with toilet and cloakroom; the spacious kitchen is accessed via a staircase. Behind it is the bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a pull-out sofa and TV, behind it a spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe; in the attic, there is another double bed, a wardrobe and two armchairs and a small table. Nice. If you don't mind stairs, there's enough room for several people. The kitchen is divided into a dining area - even a high chair is available - and a work area - here is also a high table with two stools. In the refrigerator, margarine, cheese and jam were ready - very nice gesture. During our stay in June (at 30 degrees +) it was pleasantly cool here, as in the basement; in the attic it was quite warm. The communication was mainly done by an algorithm with detailed information from Hans. He answers individual questions personally. We were allowed to check out later, very accommodating. Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

We had a great weekend for ten and felt well taken care of by Daniel. There is everything your heart desires and the recommended hike to the Karl Lechner Haus was also great. Fireplace, hot tub, projector, barbecue area great to use. We felt very comfortable! Regards

We immediately felt comfortable in Johannes' very nice and cozy house. The area is very pretty, very suitable for hiking and within 20 minutes you can reach many interesting places by car. Johannes is an extremely nice and communicative host, who can always be reached quickly. We hope that we will come back soon, we would love to stay in Johannes' cozy house.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

My friend and I traveled to Dalibor's house in mid-June with our 2 dogs and felt very comfortable. The house is very quiet right on the edge of the forest, which was perfect for us for hiking because we could leave directly from the house. The whirlpool was also great, from where we enjoyed the view in the evening. Dalibor was a very nice host and always available. Communication worked perfectly, he was always available. All around, you had the feeling of being a guest of a friend. We definitely recommend the place!

Its was great to spend the summer solstice at Hanni & Georg's place. It is in an absolutely beautiful location, surrounded by greenary and peace and quiet. At night the stars were just amazing. There is also a local forest that one can walk into for a very gentle hike. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and beautiful this is certainly one of those places. I am so happy that we booked this place. Hanni and Georg are also very welcoming and helped us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place.

What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We had a great time with our two adult children. The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots to see while also being close to landmarks for sightseeing. The space itself is so charming. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after a day out exploring. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is absolutely wonderful, both cozy and spacious. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with the city center just a short walk away. Jonathan and Kimi are incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Excellent location in a beautifully updated building. Comfortable space with a peaceful quiet private patio. Great bars and restaurants just at the corner. Highly recommend the corner pub!

The place is very nice. The nearest subway station is close by and you only have to go a few stops to the center. The Air Bnb is very nicely decorated and the balcony is in the countryside. Absolutely recommended

I've been using Airbnb for about 15 years on 3 continents, and I have to rate Simon's place as on of the top 2 that I've visited. The accommodation had it all - location, amenities and essentials (right from elevator to shower cap), and decor (professional). And, of course, although there were no issues during our stay, he was quick to communicate throughout the whole process. Bravo, Simon!

We will stay again for next visit and will recommend the place to our friends. Parked our car underground and took a public transportation system for 4days and it was a great choice. Thanks to Olga’s advice. Fresh air coming in with a sunrise and the sound of rain drops were extraordinary bonuses we received.

The perfect place to stay in Vienna! The interior was cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The host, Tarkan, was always ready to help and gave very clear instructions to find the apartment. There is a beautiful park nearby and a metro stop into the town centre only 3-4 minutes away. We had an amazing time and will definitely be staying here again if we return to Vienna!

We travel in this area every year and were now guests of Franz for the second time. For nature lovers seeking tranquility, the area is an absolute dream. During our stay, we explored the Wilden Berg in Mautern, visited the Schaibelsee in Hohentauern, hiked to the Schwarzbeeralm and swam in the beautiful bathing lake in the village. There's something for everyone! Franz is a wonderful host and the apartment was super clean again and really has everything you need.

We are a family of 4 and was amazed by the spaciousness of the apartment as well as the convenience to supermarkets and fresh bakeries and bus stops. Tatiana was responsive in all communication chats and we have a perfect stay in her place! Strongly recommend to others👍🏻.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. They were very good hosts, with clear instructions. Everything was impeccable, sheets, towels, kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent pillows! It was a 20-minute walk from downtown, a safe and well-lit area. I recommend it

Very lovely apartment, close to the river. The nearby metro made it easy to get into the city centre. The apartment had everything necessary close by (shop, ice cream place, bakery, pharmacy ect). Ideal location if you want to be close to the Danube!

The apartment is in a great location (only a few minutes walk to the stops Wien Mitte and Rochusgasse). The apartment is extravagant and cozy with many antique items. Everything was fine. Tanya communicates quickly and always kindly. Only the unheated bedroom was very cold for us. I can recommend this apartment well.
