Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Lower Austria

I love the design elements of the apartment, easy access to mass transit, quite response time for Taxis/Uber bookings, and Susanne—who has a wonderful personality, quick response time to messages, and helpful tips!

Great stay, very friendly - very clean

We were happy to have this spacious apartment in the middle of our travels. Plenty of living room space and three separate bedrooms. Looked like they were building a small pool or hot tub in the courtyard for residents. Easy access with codes and two sets of keys so perfect for days we separated. Separate toilet from bathroom also great, and enjoyed soaking in that deep tub after all the walking. Everything is very cute and modern. Have requested some sort of privacy for round window between bathing area and hallway. We taped up a kitchen towel, as we were with our adult children. Neighborhood was nice enough - not a lot of restaurants open late in this area. Gastwirtschaft Schilling was so good local Austrian food - open late….across from two strip clubs - but very cozy, friendly, great food. Loved being in this district, close to the art museums. Busses and subway get you everywhere. Did not see anyone swipe their transit cards, so decide yourself if you buy one.

Impeccable accommodation for a couple, clean and neat with excellent bedding. Located 20 minutes' walk from Schonbronn, it is a little out of the way but the city center is easily accessible via bus 63A (stop just in front of the accommodation) which drops you off at the foot of the metro (Line U4 to reach Stephenplatz) in the city center. There is no need to rent a car to visit Vienna. And a big thank you to our hosts who allowed us to drop off our suitcases on arrival at 10 a.m. in the accommodation, which allowed us to visit Vienna in the best conditions from the first day!!

Just a super great apartment as shown in the pictures, Dieter is really a great landlord who always helps you with questions. Glad to come back!

Everything was as stated, a clean and very comfortable space, a very welcoming feeling. Valeria provides an excellent stay, and made us feel right at home. The balcony is a big bonus, great views, great place for a meal, great place for a glass of wine at the end of a day of hiking and exploring . Would absolutely stay there again. Great hiking nearby, lots of really good restaurants and heurigers within walking distance.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, beds and seating were good. We especially enjoyed the small terrace in nice weather. Anna Cornelia, Mariella and the rest of the family were very friendly. The transport connection is great, only a few minutes' walk away are the subway, tram and regional train. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities. The central cemetery is very close and is definitely worth a visit.

Great house with plenty of space in an absolute quiet location in beautiful nature. Great!

A quiet place with a great view. Large garage available. The host's instructions are shocking. Return the key to the box or you will be fined, sort the waste or you will be fined. Before you arrive, the host will have placed you in the appropriate guest category. It's the same as if the receptionist at the hotel said at check-in that we assume you will steal towels and expect a penalty. Filling in the form is also annoying, as it is usually data that the host has available from Airbnb.

My stay with Michael was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to grill. The house was very large and corresponded to the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks go to the caretaker - he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful room in a quiet environment. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. The furnishings were very high quality and you can feel the love for detail and the host's love of nature.

Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

Comunication with Elisabet was fine as well as accomodation. It was fine clean place without any problems.

We had a wonderful time in the house with three couples. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and outside. Also that you could retreat for a while if you felt like it. The location of the house is also great. Could immediately walk beautifully (were there in June) and close to beautiful pictures or sights. Super friendly owners too. A small tip. Cleaning could really be better. Lamps thick layer of dust. The windows were very dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not always clean. Small things, but that was a pity. And the cupboards might be a little less full,😊 but this is personal But most importantly, it's an amazing house!! Recommended

It was our 2nd stay in Philipps apartment. As in October 2024, we felt completely comfortable. Everything in the apartment was in good order, the location is ideal because all important facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, doctors, ATM,...) are within a few minutes' walk. Philipp is very nice and always tries to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for that! For us, his apartment is the absolute number 1 in the region and therefore a clear recommendation on our part!

A successful trip to Vienna. The apartment is very quiet in Hernals. You can quickly reach the city center and also the surrounding wine taverns. The setup is optimal. There's nothing missing. Communication is also very good. I would be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Our stay at the place was fantastic! The apartment was super clean, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us valuable tips for the area and were available at all times. The location is ideal, quiet and yet well connected, so we could get to the center quickly. The place really has everything you need – from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfy bed. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

This a great Airbnb! Comfy beds, nice layout, updated bathroom and kitchen, close to the Hauptbahnhof, right on the tramline, very responsive host. Basically a perfect place to stay in Vienna!

Very nice apartment and suitable for 4 people or 2 couples. However, the apartment is located on the second and not the third floor.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!
