we had an amazing stay. the hosts were brilliant with directions, local things to do. we were staying for a wedding close by. They offered us a lift to save a taxi fare ( not needed but very much appreciated) pointed us in the direction of the river so my wife could go for a wild swim. the dogs are great and came with us whilst we were outside and super friendly. the accommodation was perfect for our needs and we will definitely return for another peaceful stay in Northumberland. we left super early to go collect the kids after the wedding and we were given bacon rolls in lovely cheese bread bun. so nice and got us through the long drive. 10/10 stay thank you so much for hosting us. Stayed here for 4 nights on our girls trip and we just loved it! The location is ideal such a hidden gem. Directly outside the apartment is the bus stop that takes you directly into the old town/ city centre ( 20ish mins ) & the tram is just a 5 min walk away! As well as an Aldi 3 mins away with really cheap groceries. Directly outside the apartment are a lot of amazing places to eat and drinks and patios facing the water! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and safe & the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, as well as the bathroom! Super clean. The beds weren’t very comfortable but everything else was amazing! Washer + dryer was also broken upon arrival and we were expecting to do laundry so that sucked, but he offered compensation for dry cleaning. Overall, would most definitely recommend and will be back :)

Can’t recommend this place enough, fantastic location with great views, lovely hosts and clean & tidy apartment. Easy access to Edinburgh and the airport, when I arrived I got a Taxi from the airport, if I’d have known how simple the tram/bus journey would have been I’d have done that, I did for my return journey. Local restaurants are lovely and welcoming (Saphire & Queens Spice), good pint in the Thirty Knots too! I arrived late in the day, to be welcome with bread and milk amongst other things was just wonderful, simple touch which went a long way! I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone looking Thank you to the host(s)

We loved the area and the location was perfect for catching the tram, groceries, restaurants/pubs within walking and the peacefulness it provided. Highly recommend!

Extraordinary accommodation with magnificent view and in a beautiful location loaded with charm.

Excellent venue for a couple to stay to explore the East Neuk. Comfortable bed; clean and user friendly en-suite; good range of kitchen utensils for those that like to cook. Right on the harbour front with views across the road to watch the tide come and go. Helen was very hospitable and all the local walkers were very friendly.

Beautiful place to stay , great location with nice quirky decor we all loved it . Would recommend to anyone.

Lived up to expectations and photos, reviews ect prior to arrival were fair and accurate. Nothing to do with Julie, be aware that the local restaurants offered a different menu to what was actually on websites apart from The Courie Inn which was spot on. Again nothing to do with the Balmore which was spot on. Brilliant location, four male adults who used it as a base for hillwalking, golf and offering our views on nearly every drink available in Killin. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and clean lodge. We had everything we needed and felt like home. Beautiful views and great hot tube. Wallace is a great host, he is friendly and fast responding. We definitely recommend this place and we will return soon. Thank you for everything!

This is a great place for a family get together. There is lots of space and everything you need to accommodate all guests. The location is beautiful, from the view of the river to the nature right on your door step. All of this and the house is still close enough to Perth to pop down for a coffee. We would all go again.

Located right next to Black-watch bar/hotel at the top of the town. Easy walk to Menzies castle, fun walk to the Birks, and it was made even better by the once a month market we got to stop in and buy fresh local goods to cook with and artisans to buy keepsakes. Wonderful place and would love to stay here again!!!

The accommodation is lovely, superb views over Loch Tay. Upstairs area is very spacious, well equipped throughout. Thoughtful touches left such as tea, coffee, sugar, shortbread and milk. Kim also messaged to let us know the place would be ready earlier than the listed checkin time which we really appreciated.

What a fantastic place! The Lodge itself is a nice, bright relaxing place to spend time in between activities. Add in the fact that it is walking distance to a brilliant beach (~5mins), and only 15mins walk to the lovely harbour village of St Abbs, and it's pretty perfect. We could only manage a short stay this time, but will definitely be looking to book a longer break in the near future. Thanks Bob & Lu

We had the most amazing time at this house, we are four friends on a weekend break and this was absolutely perfect, house had everything we needed, plenty of space, we spent most of our time outside as weather was fantastic, lorna and moira were lovely , we will definitely be back, thank you for letting us share your amazing let.

We were in Edinburgh for a weekend and the city was so accessible from the appartment by public transport, including trams and buses. The apartment itself was very clean, creatively decorated and well equipped. Being a third floor appartment, there were lovely views of the lough and surrounding area. Would highly recommend a little bistro only yards from the appartment, which provided really nice meals for breakfast, lunch or brunch.

Very happy with the comfortable and convenient flat. Lovely lounge, relaxing to come back to after being out and about and had everything we needed.

Great little home for our quick stay near St Andrews! We also booked ocean side sauna reservations at the new spot in Cellardyke, short walk from the home. The Haven restaurant is just around the corner as well and serves excellent food, cocktails and pints. It’s a quick drive to St Andrews and all the golf/shopping/ruins youd want to explore. I loved the historical information in the home folder as well! Thanks for letting us stay! We’ll be back.

We loved Andy and Karen's apartment. It was in a fabulous location; was well equipped, comfortable and clean; and was close to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and amenities. We highly recommend it. We are already planning our next trip and hope to stay in this apartment again. Thanks Andy and Karen.

I visited with a friend while walking part of the John Muir Way, the property was directly on the route and fantastic for this purpose. Karen was a brilliant host and allowed us access a little early to this great property, it's so well located for access to the beach and local amenities. Parking was really easy, some just for Residents but more than enough for everyone. The facilities were great we had all we needed to cook and eat in house and we were particularly impressed with the toiletries and thoughtful little touches like a spare phone charger plug. I'd definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

We had the best time here! Scott helped us out a lot by accomodating us a day early when our when broke down. The place was clean and very modern, everything we needed was there! We walked into the city almost every day but the subway is fairly close so that is an option too. You don't have to go far for the best food, our favourite place was just 10 mins walking distance! We will absolutely come back to Scotts' when we come back to Glasgow!

This is the second time I have stayed at Sarah's place. It is perfect for visiting Perth. Central location and as the apartment is at the back of the block it is very quiet. Will definitely use again.

We booked it to stay over for my son's wedding at The Den. Jonathan always responded quickly and accommodated our earlier check in request. No issues finding the property - the directions are easy to follow. The property was clean. There isn't any wardrobe space which is fine for a couple of nights, but would mean living out of your case if staying longer. Doesn't bother me, but might bother some.
