Holiday rentals with a patio in Los Pargos

El lugar es increíble, mejor que lo se ve en las fotos, donde se ubica muy seguro y los alrededores en Hacienda Pinilla muy bonitos. Cuenta con todos lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y acogedora, La atención de Denise fue excelente, siempre atenta y muy proactiva, recomiendo 100% el alojamiento. Se pueden visitar diferentes playas a los alrededores y tiene una piscina muy bonita.

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Excelente lugar. Combina modernidad y la tranquilidad de estar en el bosque. Esta a 5 minutos en auto de la zona viva de la Playa donde están los restaurantes y bares. Cerca de un par de bancos, y hasta de la delegación de Policía. Quizás para llegar en bicicleta o a pie(por los que les gusta caminar) , se dificulte un poco, más que todo en la noche, porque es oscuro y la calle pavimentada estrecha. En vehículo un poco alto es mejor, para evitar contratiempos en la parte que es de tierra, sobre todo cuándo llueve. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una gran estadía. Todo funciona a la perfección, todo muy reciente en el equipamiento. Hasta el café es delicioso. Piscina con agua limpia y temperatura agradable a todas horas, hasta me metí 6 de la mañana y puedo dar fe que es tibia en ese momento. Definitivamente volvería, cuando venga de nuevo a la zona de Tamarindo. Felicito al anfitrión, porque sabe su negocio. En hora buena.

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

Ana’s place was perfect, just enough out of the busy area to feel tranquillity, but still close enough to all things and easily walkable. Communications were great and very helpful, I loved staying here. Thank you for everything and kickstarting my first Costa Rican experience! Would love to be back one day :)

Axel’s Samara home is nothing short of amazing! After a super long day of travel I was speechless walking through the door - it is even better than the pictures. This property is a great way to experience a smaller coastal Costa Rica town while still feeling like you are living in luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Lugar muy amplio con 3 cuartos y 3 baños super cómodo, con desayunadorcomedor y sala, además de la cocina. Bastante conveniente, a unos 7 minutos caminando de la playa. Y la piscina super rica después de haber disfrutado del mar. Super recomendado!!

Muy satisfecho con la atención de Kevin, cualquier duda que teniamos, respondía rápido, la casa super confortable, tal cual se miraba en las fotos, la privacidad del lugar excelente, mis hijos disfrutaron mucho la piscina, la verdad todo 10/10, volvería a rentar sin duda alguna.

Première expérience à l'étranger en Airbnb...Superbe séjour! On a bien apprécié la villa, la piscine et la terrasse extérieure annexée aux chambres. Coup de coeur pour la playa Conchal qui est tout près en auto. Pour relaxer et se reposer, c'est un très bon endroit. Marie est très accueillante et répond rapidement à nos questions.

This is a great place even if you never left the property it's such an enjoyable place to be we have watched the monkeys eat mangoes from the trees the rain in the evening and enjoyed the pool during the day the beach is a 3 minute drive and the home is absolutely amazing wouldn't change a thing.

We stayed a month at Casa Azul and loved it. We had our 10 year old son with us and we did not have a car so we walked everywhere. It was an adjustment at first with the heat and dusty roads but after a few days it felt fairly easy. We loved that we could walk 2km in with either direction and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Playa Negra and Playa Avellanas and the shops and restaurants in those areas. Or that we could walk just 300m down the road to Playa Lagartillo if we didn’t want to walk that day. Despite what we read beforehand about playa lagartillo, it does have decent places for swimming and enjoying the water. There are spots without rocks on the larger span of the beach where the waves and tide is not too strong so ideal for kids and families. And it’s a very quiet beach with beautiful sunsets. It was very helpful to have the local deliveries of fresh fruit and veggies, German bakery, fish, and chicken and eggs on various days of the week. We would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay and hope to go back. Here are a few of our highlights: - House was perfect for a week long vacation in Avellanas for the 4 of us (parents plus two teenage sons). The kitchen was well stocked, the AC kept things cool at night, and we loved having AM coffee on the patio listening to birds and monkeys. - We very heavily used the community pool. We were the only ones staying in our group of homes around the pool so we had it to ourselves each day. It was cleaned daily. - It was a long walk to the beach (20min) so we often drove to the maintained parking lot by Lola's and paid the modest $4. (The fee helps maintain the beach access so it seems well-worth paying each day.) Because it was still walkable, we'd often walk home, leaving the kids with the car to finish up a surf session... it was nice to have that flexibility. - The gated community with guards felt very secure, but the overall area also felt very safe for our 5-7 mile runs, evening strolls, and more!

Mark's place has a really nice atmosphere, quiet, far from any kind of noise. It also feels like you have your own beach :D the kitchen was fully equipped. The location to other beaches were convenient by car. Mark was very responsive whenever we contacted him! thanks for everything!

A wonderful condo in a quieter part of town with peaceful pools and beautiful views from the rooftop. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Casa muito boa, com ótima piscina e perto dos restaurantes. Única coisa negativa é o acesso por carro. Valeu muito a hospedagem, a flexibilidade do check in e check out e a limpeza da casa!

The villa was lovely and came with everything to make the stay easy — from beach chairs and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. It was easy to come and go, the walk to the Marriott was quick and easy, the pool was right outside, and the porch hammock was a perfect touch. Irina was very responsive and gave helpful suggestions.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was kept clean and well organized. Appliances worked well. The location is a bit far from downtown and beach, so it was quite peaceful. The place had cooking ingredients that really helped us since we love to cook and enjoy homemade meal away from home using local ingredients. We didn’t need to buy a big cooking oil bottle for 2 days of cooking. Kids wished for water toys by the pool. The only thing few of us missed was really hot shower, but the issue was informed to us a priori. On the flip side, we might have got out of our bad habit of taking hot shower. :-)

We absolutely LOVED this place! Very spacious for our family of 4 (two teenagers who each had their own room). The concierge service was super helpful and friendly any time we reached out to them. We booked an ATV excursion through them and there were several other great options. The place was beautifully decorated along with all the necessities you would need in the kitchen. We stopped at the Price Smart(like a Costco) after we got our rental car for groceries, so glad we did that! There is a small grocery store in Brasilito for smaller items as well. The Beach Club was a wonderful perk to have access to other pools, a gym, and the beach. Definitely plan on coming back to this place!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

Absolutely loved staying here while visiting Tamarindo for a few days! The space was so lovely and spacious and in the most perfect location. You could walk to everything within 5-10 minutes.
