Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Los Cabos

We stayed here for a bachelor party with 14 people and had an incredible experience. The host was very responsive and proactive, and check-in was seamless. The home was clean, well-organized, and had strong Wi-Fi. Located in a gated community, we felt very safe throughout our stay, and it was conveniently close to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit. A big shoutout to the concierge, Isaac—he helped us plan most of our activities and explained all the costs clearly. He made everything easy. Also, the private chef he recommended was a highlight—we used him for several meals, and every dish was a hit with the entire group. He handled all the setup and cleanup, making it a stress-free experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb and all the services it offers!

Booked this last minute and Alex was super helpful same with patty from the start of the booking to the end. Only recommendation would be when booking the 2nd gate in is a little hard to push open or work. Will book again.

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

The house has great spaces and with lots of room for all guest . You can find your own space in the house. Super clean and you can find all necessary to make you feel immediately at home . Jacuzzi and pool are great and very functional , I also recommend use the community pool . You will not be disturbed by the construction behind. The house is in a very nice gate community and security guards are super friendly . A/C, washer , dryer, beds, rooms are functional and comfy , we really enjoy our stay .

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

We had the absolute time of our lives staying at Jennifer ‘s place. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It was quiet, serene and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The pool and hot tub made our stay so much fun and the rooftop was a wonderful added touch for sunsets. Jennifer was nice enough to organize our transportation and a massage at home. It was truly the time of our lives and what my dreams are made of! I highly recommend staying with Jennifer and using all of the wonderful services she offers. Great intimate location but still in easy walking distance of night life and restaurants

So cute, and everything you could need is right downstairs. You literally walk through the lobby and you're at the marina with shops, restaurants, fun music, and adventures!

The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a short walk to the beach, and really close to Costco and local supermarkets, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The home itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was clear the hosts put a lot of care and attention into keeping the space clean and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Whether we were heading out for a beach day, grabbing groceries, or just relaxing indoors, everything was smooth and enjoyable. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cabo!

First time staying at this place with my boyfriend. I had a wonderful stay at Melody’s place! She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire visit, always quick to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. She made us feel at home and the space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Absolutely incredible stay! Julia’s place in Cabo San Lucas exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views – truly picture-perfect and even better than the photos. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Julia was a phenomenal host—warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. Everything was excellent, Catalina's communication was very good, the apartment is more than beautiful, extremely comfortable in every way and we felt safe and happy at all times, the place is very clean and with all the amenities and in an excellent location, we will definitely return.

The views from the patio were great and the apartment was clean and modern. I especially liked the large TVs. Everything was very positive with the apartment, but the location was good because of the close location to Soriana and Costco, but that's about it around the area. You would need a car to get to anyplace like restaurants, marina, bars, etc. All in all I had a great stay.

Absolutely loved my stay at Mikes place. Extremely convenient location, beautiful views of the marina, and so many great food options. Having the pool was an added plus. Just a short walk to the beach. I want to come back! Thank you!

Neil and Andrea were great hosts and went out of their way to make sure our stay is a great one! They were responsive and made sure help you with anything we needed. The condo looked exactly like it was in the pictures- so don't hesitate to book it if its available because the community and amenities you will have access to is top notch! And how about the view from the beautiful patio!

Responsive, great location, beautiful upstairs, AC was so cold, next to a bunch of restaurants. Would be back again if the price remains the same.

The condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool and the private chef recommended by Erika! Breakfast just down the beach at Zippers was also excellent!

Staying at Sara's was as easy as it comes! The place was in a great location, walkable (and a short ride) from a ton to do. The condo building had a beautiful pool area, and they were kind enough to offer a welcome drink. Sara was incredibly proactive, making it simple to figure out parking, get checked in, and venture out and about. I'm so glad I stayed with her!
