The views from this home are absolutely breath taking! The neighborhood is gated & very quiet and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus! You are not within walking distance to bars & restaurants; however, a quick hop in the car and you are few minutes from a large grocery store & only a 10-15 minutes from several nice resorts, downtown San Jose Cabo and the boat marina. Kailey did an excellent job communicating the specifics about the property & suggestions for food & entertainment. If you like a more private setting with your family and friends, I highly suggest this property. We will certainly be booking again.

Better than advertised! Our family had a phenomenal time at Casa Marlin Azul. It was our 2nd time staying at the casa and I hope we’re able to get back for a 3rd time in the not too distant future. Don (owner) / Diana (host) were incredibly helpful and proactive in their communication making check in a breeze as well as recommending things to do: fishing charter, snorkeling / diving adventure , and restaurants (in La Ribera, Los Barriles, etc). After a fun packed day thepool was a great spot to cool off. Perfect spot for families…there were 7 of us (including 3 kids under the age of 8) and everyone had a blast. Shells & sea glass to collect, kayaking / paddle boarding / swimming, fishing from the shore. Casa Marlin Azul has it all. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and noise of Cabo…La Ribera / East Cape (and specifically Casa Marlin Azul) is the spot to do it. We’d give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you Don & crew for helping us make some family memories that will last forever!!!

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

We loved our stay in the Cabo Bello neighbourhood!! Casa Coral was a beautiful place to kick up our feet and relax!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The view is gorgeous and even better than pictures! The Property Manager was prompt to respond, and helpful! The roof top pool was perfect for our crew!

The house was spacious and nice! Great pool and hot tub. We had our own concierge with the house, Dario, who was amazing. He answered all of our questions quickly and booked us all of our reservations. There is a lot to do on the property. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart from the host to get around the property.

Thank you Anna! What a beautiful home & gorgeous setting. The amenities were so amazing it made us feel like we were staying at a resort. The home is in a super convenient spot with the grocery market, restaurants and Starbucks attached to the community, which we loved!! As for the host, she was incredibly responsive at all hours and made this trip seamless. Highly recommend !

alejandro’s place is really nice. The backyard is the place to be at his house. The area doesn’t look the best, but the neighborhood is actually very quiet it takes about 12 minutes to get to downtown Cabo. Would definitely stay again and would also recommend.

The place was beautiful and we had plenty of restaurants to pick from. The area was very safe and we enjoyed all the extras like the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a few days at Toni’s house and the experience was truly unmatched. The house is even better than the photos, with incredible views and a beautifully tasteful décor. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, as it’s a private gated community with strong security. It’s centrally located, perfect for visiting both San José and Cabo. I highly recommend this house. Toni was very kind, and the attention from Hugo (the house manager) and the cleaning staff made our stay even more memorable.

Overall, highly recommend! Our group of 8 girls had a wonderful time staying at this house! Onelly was an amazing host, super responsive and very accommodating, she gave us early check in and late check out. The house looks just like the pictures, maybe even better in person, and gives off Santorini vibes. It is in a private gated community, which makes it feel very safe, but is still accessible by Uber and UberEats at any time and there is a grocery store within walking distance. Costco is a 10 min drive and the marina and downtown is 20 min. However, one minor issue with the location is that the house is a little difficult to find at first (Google maps will show a pedestrian walkway as a road you can drive on to get there, but you actually can't drive that way), but it's not hard once you figure it out once. Another thing to note is that the jacuzzi and pool can only be heated on a set schedule that you decide on beforehand, you can't turn it on whenever you want on the day of.

Very comfortable house, the bed great, the kitchen perfectly well equipped (bring food for cooking without fear, worth it), very quiet area, good internet connection, very nice shower, next to the few restaurants of Cabo pulmo and the only tentita in the village, excellent everything.

Our stay ( 6 days ) was very pleasant , tranquil, peaceful. The main house was as expected but the view on the ocean from the bedroom. It doesn’t exist anymore. Everything in this small house is easy to find and to reach. Two negative remarks only: - In the kitchen, the 2 frying pans, coated with Teflon, were scratched and thus unusable ( unhealthy ) -The design of the house is okay but, since it is relatively small, there were, at my taste, too many objects everywhere. I had to ( cautiously ) remove some of them to feel good if I had to stay inside. I must add that, even if I took pictures to put everything back on the walls, I was late the morning of our departure and didn’t do it: I apologize for that. The casita, on the contrary, was perfect. But we chose anyway to stay in the other house ( bigger ). The palapa, on the roof, was extremely enjoyable ( stars and sea breeze ) and so was the swimming pool. Last thing: Cactus is a good car rental company. Good tip.

It is a beautiful house, it has very nice details, super comfortable for 6 people, the pillows are super enjoyable when sleeping, the house is walking from the main street where there are restaurants and there are tours to the arch, the space to park the car is very spacious, when I return to the ends I would definitely stay there again.

Overall our stay was great! The hosts were very responsive to all messages. The airbnb itself was spacious and clean - perfect for a large group. Since the complex is still relatively new, we got the pool to ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jewel of Cabo Pulmo. Everything was just as described and easy to find or figure out. The trails in the mountains were superb but be advised to start early and dont forget a hat, sunscreen, lip protection and plenty of water. All of the establishments in town were excellent but we could never get to the coffee shop when it was open. Ran out of fresh tortillas but picked up a special order of 12 from the tiny local store...still hot and steamy!. Arbolitos beach is a must and the trails there shouldn't be missed if you're able. Very interesting geology. One favorite thing was the fountain, which attracted many species of birds. Overall it was a fabulous trip and we're already talking about next year. We thoroughly enjoyed the home for a week. Very open, spacious, and light. Grounds around the home were spacious and lovely. Comfortable to be inside or outside on a comfortable patio. Very secure and visually private; home and spacious surrounding grounds are inside very high walls with locked walk gate and automobile gate. The spacious home and its lovely exterior grounds all surrounded by high walls with secure gates make it a private enclave. It's directly on Calle Cabo San Lucas. The GPS will try to take you up a hill behind the property where there is no entrance; stay directly on Calle Cabo San Lucas to find the gated entrance. Calle Cabo San Lucas is a very busy street with walking distance restaurants (Mi Casa is great) and only 5 minutes drive to anywhere in downtown Cabo. Some sounds come from the street but mostly muted by the high walls. Traffic dries up at night. Been going to Cabo since 2002. Glad we found Casa Greg this time. We will definitely stay again .

Comfortable, secure casita with all the essentials for sleeping well, cooking a meal and heading to the beach or relaxing with a view from the rooftop. The area is very secure and safe. The surroundings are quiet and very rural, yet an easy drive into San Jose del Cabo. Pauli and LeeAnn go out of their way to ensure guests are welcome and comfy.
