Waterfront holiday rentals in Los Cabos

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this condo. It appeared to have the nicest outdoor space of any of the suites on the property. Being a ground floor end unit afforded us a perfect amount of privacy with spectacular views of the ocean, and easy access to just walk out our gate to the pool or the beach. The patio was so spacious and was the perfect spot to relax in the hammock or sit together and enjoy the view. We loved being able to walk to several restaurants on the beach. Anything further than walking distance was a quick taxi or Uber ride away. The inside space was very clean, comfortable and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The host was excellent to deal with and very accommodating. Before we finished our trip, we were already talking about wanting to book the condo again for a future trip - highly recommend for your visit to Cabo!

The place was very secure with all the amenities you could ask for. It was very clean and stocked with towels. The roof top pool and hot tub are beautiful with the best view of sunsets. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. It says it includes a secure parking spot, but they did not provide this. We had to park on the street. Luckily no issues with the street parking, but we had to empty the vehicle everyday. I’d definitely book again.

Wonderful stay! Perfect place to get away for a few days. Warm pools, friendly locals, felt like we had our own private beach. Tons of great places to eat within walking distance. The entire trip was a 10/10. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful gem. I can’t wait to come back!🩷

Amazing stay. Calm beach with Zippers surf spot right out front. The condo was immaculately clean and well spaced out. The lobby and pool have a private boutique resort feel which were also extremely well maintained. Guards, janitors all very friendly.

The apartment is well located, Not far from the Centro and to the Sea. To the nearest swimming beaches it is not far by car. The rooftop pool is fantastic. The apartment is quiet and well laid out. We felt very comfortable

Can not say enough about how great this place was. Very clean and comfy, great location! The building and grounds are well kept and the pool the cleanest I have ever seen. We have been coming to Cabo for the last 17 years and now have finally found my go to place. Kitchen well stocked,great place to stay in and cook meals, best patio for morning coffee before heading out for the day. Would 100% stay here again.

This place is a gem. You are steps away from a gorgeous beach, lovely pool and the place itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. I was with three kids six and under and it was great for them. Wen and Gerardo are incredibly responsive and even accommodated a very early check in so my baby could stick to his nap schedule. You are within walking distance to Zippers (we had a so so experience - food took about an hour to arrive) and Pescadito Break which was a delicious, sand bottom restaurant. In San Jose Del Cabo, we loved Jazmín’s and La Lupita. We are already planning to return to Wen’s place next year!

Better than advertised! Our family had a phenomenal time at Casa Marlin Azul. It was our 2nd time staying at the casa and I hope we’re able to get back for a 3rd time in the not too distant future. Don (owner) / Diana (host) were incredibly helpful and proactive in their communication making check in a breeze as well as recommending things to do: fishing charter, snorkeling / diving adventure , and restaurants (in La Ribera, Los Barriles, etc). After a fun packed day thepool was a great spot to cool off. Perfect spot for families…there were 7 of us (including 3 kids under the age of 8) and everyone had a blast. Shells & sea glass to collect, kayaking / paddle boarding / swimming, fishing from the shore. Casa Marlin Azul has it all. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and noise of Cabo…La Ribera / East Cape (and specifically Casa Marlin Azul) is the spot to do it. We’d give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you Don & crew for helping us make some family memories that will last forever!!!

The house was perfect for us. Away from it all, beautiful views especially sunrise, simple and comfortable, well equipped, right on the beach. If you’re looking for fancy, this is not it. If you're looking for chill and homey, this for you. Most days we're a bit windy and the sea choppy, so we didn't sit on the beach or swim much, but took lots of walks along the beach. One day was good for swimming. We bought groceries, cooked our meals there - everything we needed was there - and had the full escape from work and school. Great. It got colder at night than we'd anticipated, but there were extra blankets available, so we were OK. We couldn't figure out the TV, but we also didn't try very hard since we didn't much care. Wifi a bit spotty, but again, it didn't matter much. We had a great time and would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had an incredible vacation and stay. Nine people (5 children, 4 adults) shared the space comfortably. The back porch was the natural gathering place, with incredible views of sunrises, whales, and even devil rays jumping out of the water! Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, a kayak, snorkels/fins and a paddle board were all available for use. The neighborhood felt friendly and safe (although one cow did try to break in to the backyard looking for some water. The rest of the cows and burros just walked on by). We rented atv's to travel around the area and go out to eat as there are limited restaurants within walking distance. We reached out to Sabina on a couple of occasions and experienced extremely quick responses. It was a fantastic stay - we didn't want to leave!

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

Everything about this place was great. The balcony overlooking the marina was awesome. Great how the balcony doors opened up all the way right into the room. The best part was the rooftop pool which we basically had to ourselves the whole time. Highly recommended! Ask about Baja Bob, he was great a great driver and had even better restaurants recommendations.

The house was spacious and nice! Great pool and hot tub. We had our own concierge with the house, Dario, who was amazing. He answered all of our questions quickly and booked us all of our reservations. There is a lot to do on the property. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart from the host to get around the property.

Excellent place, impeccable and with a beautiful view. Very good service from everyone.

We loved the proximity to the ocean, the pools, the view from the unit and the outdoor seating area next to the beach. We also enjoyed watching surfers.

This was a well set up condo, 2 separate rooms with their own full bathroom. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a fan. The balcony overlooks the marina with daytime sun. It has been noted in other reviews that this is a noisy area and they are correct. You are overtop of a nightclub with the major nightclubs behind you on the main street. If you are there to party this place is great. If you want quiet you may find this too noisy. There are earplugs provided. We used our earbuds to drown out the sound at night and that worked. We really liked being close and the view so for the short stay we were ok with the noise for our stay. So many good places to eat and there is lots of souvenir shops near by too. The pool area was always empty, we were the only ones using it, one concern is how many pigeons take baths in the pool. It was a great pool deck with chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs and some extra shade.

This unit is clean, modern, well equipped and everything worked well, the building is located in the center of the city and it is walking distance to everything, there is a large grocery store in the mall below that has everything you could need. The management team was great, Renee and Brisa were quick to respond to any questions I had and they were right there to meet me when I arrived. I would stay here again for sure.

I went on vacation in Los Cabos and stayed here with Mauricio and Laura and the truth I loved everything from the communication to the place the cleanliness and everything , I highly recommend it and the truth I would come back with them for sure, thank you very much !!for allowing me to be there with my family:) I hope to see you soon !!!

Yes it’s true; all the 5 star reviews regarding this property and the host are legit :) Ben is an awesome communicator and an accommodating and gracious host. The apartment is very well equipped (one of the “tells” is stainless steel kitchen stuff - Ben did not skimp and we made regular use of his coffee machine). A Million dollar location right on the beach, the roaring sound of the ocean and incredible sea views from the balcony are all part of the package. High speed WiFi was available to take care of any work related stuff. For transportation, Ben advised that he has a trusted driver who can take care of airport related transfers and that worked out well. Ben also suggested that Uber would be a sound choice instead of renting a car. The latter was a great tip since the Uber network in the area is excellent with most trips to outstanding restaurants costing USD5 to 7. (Much more to share but Character limit reached - we will be back)

Beautiful air bnb with a beautiful view from both the room and living room . Everything is walking distance or you can uber for super cheap . Loved the oxxo at the corner made it easy to get snacks and drinks . Everything was clean and exactly as described. Would rebook ! Thank you David .
