The home was amazing! Everything you could want and more. This home is situated on a hillside and it is spacious, quiet, private and more than enough amenities at the home to please a large family or large group. The sheer size of the home was perfect for everyone to feel comfortable and not over crowded. The host provided exceptional service and they were attentive and responsive to all our needs. They responded quickly and provided info about the local area for entertainment or food. This home and the host will not disappoint. If you want it all, look no further. I highly recommend.

This is one of the nicest Airbnb properties I have ever stayed in and it was exactly as hoped and expected. The perfect way to experience the Hollywood Hills in luxury and style. No hesitations to recommend to anyone who wants to accommodate a larger group! Truly 5 stars!

where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! I will definitely be staying with you again!

This house was perfect for us! The decor was amazing with mid-century modern flair. There were so many usable amenities from the pool, hot tub to the theatre and the home gym just to name a few. And the view was spectacular. The house was very private and we really enjoyed every aspect of it. Any questions we had were quickly replied to. I would love to stay here again!

My family had a great time at Newport beach for some relaxing days after busy Disney days - we loved every minute of it - great place to stay, would definitely recommend and stay again - the additional Bellhopt service is also phenomenal!!! Thanks for hosting us.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. We had a few kids/toddlers and a baby. They did reach out prior to advise us of the stairs and railings which may not be as kid friendly and I appreciated that. I made sure the kids were extra careful with adult supervision and made it work. There were plenty of things to do in the area and nice restaurants nearby. The place was clean, comfortable and the host was very responsive. We had enough amenities to cook a few meals as well. We enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again.

The Maimon Group truly is a luxury group. Their response rate, collection of homes, and commitment to hospitality was top tier. I booked with them for my bachelorette and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was accommodated, communication was strong, and we were comfortable to enjoy Los Angeles.
