Beautiful, superbly equipped apartment with a fantastic terrace and wonderful views - on one side the sea, on the other the impressive red rocks of the Esterel mountains. Everything was very clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The resort in Cap Esterel is very well maintained, full of flowers and offers everything you need: restaurants, small shops, bakeries, leisure activities - all within walking distance and at a fair price. The beach is very close, free parking is also available. Many beautiful places such as Cannes, Saint-Raphaël or picturesque coastal villages can be reached quickly by car. We would especially like to thank our hosts Olivier and Charles - they were very friendly, helpful and always available. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be happy to come back!

We were guests in Patrick's house in Pascale for a week. The accommodation is beautiful with a wonderful sea view. The village has everything (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) plus large pools constantly monitored by many lifeguards. If you want, there is also a free train that takes you to the beach. The area is beautiful: personally I don't like the pool very much but I must say that my daughter loved it (there are diving boards and slides!) the house is perfect for a family, there is everything. The dishwasher is a great convenience (which I rarely find in rental homes). There is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat in the village if needed. The village is very well maintained, safe and quiet, and there is also entertainment. The two homeowners are wonderful, very kind and respond immediately to requests. I highly recommend it!!

Nice apartment, well-equipped and super well-located, 2 steps from the beach and amenities, private parking space, very nice environment, surprisingly quiet given the number of apartments, terrace with view, very nice green space and small sea view. Excellent CLEAN air conditioning, address to share with loved ones. Simple and effective communication with our host. we are very happy with our stay in this beautiful place on our beautiful Côte d'Azur.

We had an absolutely magical stay in this little piece of paradise, located a short distance from the city. The place is a haven of peace, perfect for recharging while staying close to urban amenities. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Christine, our host, who was very attentive throughout our stay. Every detail was carefully thought out to make our experience unforgettable. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the water pressure in the shower, a small detail that we particularly appreciated, was perfect. It's these little touches that really make a difference. The calm and serenity of the place allowed us to relax completely. We highly recommend this property, a real gem that we were delighted to discover. Thanks again to Christine, and we can't wait to come back for a future stay!

great location, 10 minute walk into the centre, great base too

Armand's accommodation is highly recommended! It is more beautiful than in the pictures and very clean. The pool and the garden with a great view of the valley were our absolute highlights. Even though the Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable outside, we were thrilled with the Sonos connection to the speakers in the garden 🥳 We found the alarm system in the pool to be very practical and child-friendly, even if it rarely woke us up with a false alarm 🤭 The kitchen is the best we've ever had on Airbnb! High-quality equipment including Nespresso machine, you really have everything you need 👌🏼 The laundry room is very practical and offers plenty of storage space. Armand and Alexis were always available, very accommodating and great hosts. Thank you very much for the wonderful time 😊

The accommodation was great, clean, with parking and in a quiet location, in hot weather we really appreciated the fans and the balcony with a dryer for drying things. It took 20 minutes to get to the center of Port Griamaud, but it was a pleasant walk. Good location for trips in the area. Communication with Blandine was pleasant and the photo instructions were perfect. :) I definitely recommend.

I had a great stay in this studio in Fréjus. The accommodation is cute, very well arranged and perfectly equipped, with a very convenient washing machine for slightly longer stays. The sea view is really nice and the residence is quiet. Axel is very responsive and particularly accommodating regarding arrival and departure times, which is really appreciable. I recommend it without hesitation and I will be happy to come back!😊

Very, very cool accommodation, everything available (towels, grill, games), the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clean pool and a Jacuzzi, the best is the portable jukebox 😃 we were really very satisfied with the friendly hosts and would come back anytime 🙂

1- location: if you like to stay clos to the strand than its you place . You can drive to St Tropez in 15min . The see in St Maxime is clean compared to St Rafael or Ramatuelle. 2- reception: we got to St Maxime little late cause i was driving from Bruxelles to Lyon and than to St. Maxime ...Eric's wife was there at the reception ,, she gave us comprehensive info about the region, important places to go,, where to swim,,where to eat , she knows everything,, I want to thank her sooooo much for her kindness and help , she is very educated and nice person and we felt happy to meet such a wonderful person. Despite my reservation was made few days before my arrival and i did not have enough time to read ruls and conditions but she was very helpful. Cleanness: i give them 100%. Its CLEAN . I mean it , they keep the place very very clean. ...you see Eric taking care of his place all day long and also his wife is available ther . We decided to spend next years vacations in the same place

We had a fantastic stay in Port Frejus - the apartment is in a great location within 5 minutes walk of the beach and supermarket, and close to the bus stop to Saint Raphael or Frejus town (if you don't have a car.) Located in a nice quiet area, but within walking distance of restaurants and bars along the main seafront if you want more action. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos - everything is clean and modern and the place is equipped with everything you need. Sonya is a very friendly host - she responds very quickly to messages if you need her, but otherwise leaves you alone to enjoy your holiday. We also appreciated the eggs, olive oil, pate and wine which formed the welcome gift. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Cote D'Azur. Thanks again Sonya :)

Very pleasant stay, the terrace is very well exposed, the sun all day from the morning and a full view of the sea. The accommodation is functional, the owners are charming and available, always available by text or phone. We can therefore recommend this apartment to future holidaymakers.

The communication with Olivier was very nice. Questions are answered quickly. Arrival and departure were picked up by Christelle on site. She communicates clearly and kindly and takes the time for you. The view from the accommodation is great and there are a lot of products in the cabinets. (Tea, salt, herbal oil and other cooking necessities) There is a supermarket and several restaurants in the park itself. Everything at walking distance. Also the pools are lovely. We have had a nice time!

Patrick and Sandra's property is absolutely stunning. This property, like the hosts is extremely elegant and beautifully created. The interior design is so calming, but still individual and has personality. The outdoor lighting is very cleverly thought through, and having the colour changing pool lights, meant that swimming in the evening was so fun for our children. It was extremely hot when we stayed and we actually loved being able to enjoy the pool a bit later, as the children are fair skinned and we were trying to prevent too much early sun exposure. Air con is fabulous, we really enjoyed spending family time together playing games and watching movies, with Patrick's amazing surround sound! Beds were so comfy, beautiful linens, outside kitchen is really fun for us British, who don't usually get to cook outside! Everything is SO clean, like new, and there is everything that you could need. Supermarkets are so closeby, and good expeditions within reach, by car. We loved it!!

The view is tirelessly magical, every window is a painting! The garden of cypresses and olive trees is full of small nooks and crannies: the swimming pool cleaned twice a week, with games, mattresses and umbrellas, a ping pong table with all the equipment, a petanque field equipped with an incredible sunset over the mountains that extend to the sea, a second outdoor meal table sheltered from the olive trees… Because of this wild environment, the property is quite difficult to access, the arrival is by mountain roads in two directions but can be made by only one car at a time, a hit to take! This is an authentic AirBnb: the house is not intended for rent but is inhabited year-round by its owners who stay in an annex during the summer. There is therefore everything you need, but the services remain quite simple (low wifi, no laundry detergent or dryer, no extra bed linen or towels, towels...) and the house is not suitable for young children (no possibility of a baby bed, terrace without railing, no swing as indicated in the listing...). There are 3 double beds, the other beds are extra beds. Finally, given the level of service announced, a small welcome attention would have been appreciated...

Very nice stay and a very good welcome in this house that met expectations

Beautiful home that responded to much more than we expected. The exterior is extremely well appointed with several spaces that make the house very comfortable and very cocooning. It is very well located in a quiet location in a small village but not far from the big cities and close to shops. Regarding Olivier, the host is very kind and very friendly. He made himself very available when we needed to ask him. We'll be happy to go back next year.

I was looking for a four bedroom house with a pool, for four motorcyclist friends to use as a base for touring. This ticked those boxes, but on top of that it was a truly beautiful house with stunning views. Inside, the house was spacious and comfortable, and with several outdoor seating areas to choose from it was easy to find a quiet corner to enjoy the sounds of the local wildlife. We found the place easily, and the welcome gift from Surya and Matt was a lovely touch. The only negative I found was the lack of a dishwasher, but that really wasn't a hardship at all. All in all, it's a lovely place to stay which we'd all be very happy to come back to.
