Holiday rentals with beach access in Loreto

The apartment was even better than the description and photos. It was much more than a rental house, it felt like a second home with all the equipment and comforts of your own home. The view is splendid over the entire Numana coastline, both from the living room/kitchen, from the large patio, and from the upstairs bedroom from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and that is not normally found in rental houses. Adriana and Franco were very welcoming, helpful and generous: they provided us with basic food, but also various local products that were very welcome. They provided us with all the necessary tourist information and also left us a "gift" that we greatly appreciated. We couldn't have felt better!

Clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Sabino is an excellent host. Coming back here... is like going home for me.

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.

If you want to enjoy luxury and tranquility by the sea for a great price, then this is the place for you. The apartment was the most beautiful thing we've ever seen during our time in Italy. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. The balcony is an absolute highlight. Marcello was the nicest and most helpful host. He was always available, gave us a lot of tips for the area and was generally very accommodating. We look forward to our next visit to Martinsicuro!

Everything was just fantastic! We felt like we were at home! Perfect spaces... impeccable cleanliness, new furniture... super fragrant house... Moira was an exceptional person, she allowed us to check in many hours earlier than expected! She was very kind to provide a local guide!! stayed at a large sea view accommodation with my family, just cross the street and you are immediately on the free beach where, however, umbrellas and sun loungers are offered by the structure for free, impeccable accommodation, clean, new and complete with every comfort, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and smart TV, it seems to be at home. Accommodation in a quiet area near restaurants and supermarkets and 13 minutes by car from Senigallia , Host available for all our requests a thank you also to Mrs. Tonia, we will definitely return, I recommend

The stay at Beatrice's in Passetto was perfect. The apartment is equipped with everything, well air-conditioned, beautiful view of the city and sea. Beatrice is a very helpful person. We really enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely be back.

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful experience in Sirolo. The apartment is in the center, convenient to beaches, supermarkets and trails. Leandro was very kind to welcome us, also providing us with a parking pass in Sirolo. The apartment is a great compromise for two people, it is in a quiet area. It is divided on two floors and is equipped with everything you need. Leandro was very willing to give us useful tips about the area. Highly recommended. Note of credit for the colors of the home that make you feel welcomed 🌺

Beautiful house immersed in the Marche hills, a stone's throw from the sea and really beautiful villages. The house is cozy and comfortable. It is admirable by Giulia that she gave us the opportunity to stay overnight having several cats in tow.

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

Simone was always available, communicated proactively with us. The apartment is beautiful, everything is available. In addition, bicycles are available that make it possible to ride on the bike paths, for example, to the port or to San Benedetto.
