I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thank you Chiara for helping to make our little vacation special!! The apartment is very spacious, tidy, clean and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless and spacious. It has everything! The location is very good, it is facing the sea, the view is beautiful. The train that crosses the city passes behind and is somewhat noisy, but tolerable. At night you can go for a walk and enjoy the restaurants that are on the beach, everything is close.

We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. We loved the wonderful home and Leonardo is an exceptional host- the best! Our week in wonderful Sirolo went by too quickly and Leonardo’s place was the perfect base for us to enjoy the village, hikes and swims at nearby beaches. Look no further- for a perfect place to stay in Sirolo.

Elisabetta and Riccardo are the loveliest people, they were really taking good care of us. The view from the pool is phenomenal and we enjoyed our time. With our bikes we took excursions to Sirolo and Ancona, must see places. Would love to come again.

Romina is a very welcoming and kind host. My partner and I stayed a week in her annex and had a very good time. We were greeted by her in person upon arrival, with flexible check-in time, and guided step-by-step on how to settle into her home and the area, with several tips on what to visit nearby. The accommodation was perfectly clean and fragrant, with some small amenities not commonly found in other Airbnb accommodations. We also had the company of her three beautiful dogs in the garden, calm and cuddly. The area offers a lot to visit, we in particular explored the most beautiful beaches of Conero, various villages such as Recanati, Jesi and Offagna and the caves of Frasassi, just to give a few examples. I recommend Romina's accommodation, you feel at home.

The stay at Valentina's house was like finding your home: cozy, warm and comfortable. The house was as described, even more beautiful. Valentina is very kind and caring. We will definitely return guests to Valentina's place. Although outside the town center, the location is convenient to reach in a few minutes, Recanati, Loreto, Porto Recanati.

Really perfect stay! The location of the house is in the center, convenient to reach everything really easily. The accommodation is very nice, very clean and equipped with every comfort, as well as attention to detail. A special thank you to the host, very kind and super helpful: he even came to pick me up at the station and drove me to the front door. A rare welcome! Thanks to the Airbnb translation and Davide's quick response, communication was never an issue. We were expected on time, everything was shown and explained to us extensively. A water bottle and a homemade cake from mom were also served to us. Tasted very good with coffee. Otherwise, new top apartment with complete amenities, beautiful sea views from both balconies. Parking for car and our bikes were perfect. You can also rent for €6-8/day. So all around landlord and apartment highly recommended. Many thanks to Davide.

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

I would call this the best vacation of our lives. The property is a dream, pure relaxation, ventilated area, infinity pool, meadows and nature as a backdrop, poolside relaxation area with sofas where you can admire the sunset perhaps while drinking a glass of wine, clean house equipped with all comforts and you can only think about relaxing, hosts always available, you can tell that they love what they do. Failed to find a defect. The most important thing for us was the effect on our dog, she immediately felt at ease, she no longer wanted to leave and this is the fundamental point for us. We look forward to seeing you again.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

the house is beautiful, all new and clean. Very kind and helpful host. The jacuzzi is a sight to behold, we relaxed both after the trip and every evening when we returned from the sea. Definitely recommended!

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Alessandra's apartment is beautiful. It is furnished with a lot of love and we lacked nothing for our stay. The view from the terrace to the old town is sensational! There are beautiful pictures throughout the apartment, including beautiful illustrated books. Really a very nice apartment, which was also very clean. We were also allowed to arrive earlier. Thank you so much! The city of Ascoli Piceno is very beautiful and there is also so much to discover in the area.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
