Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lorain

I stayed here for the PTV concert with my S/O. This was the first airbnb we have ever rented ourselves so I was scared atleast. Erik was nice and when he brings up how steep the driveway is he is not messing around definitely watch out if you have a low car like i do. The house is cozy and is themed about the national park which was a nice touch. All in all I think if there is ever another concert at blossom or something that we want to do around the area we will be back.

We had a great stay at the house to visit our daughter for Easter. The property was perfect for hosting our daughter and her friends from college; plenty of outdoor space for a cookout, a warm and cozy interior to help the college kids feel "at home", and comfortable accommodations for us all who stayed at the house. The yard is large with a fenced-in area for our dog, who LOVED it! Please keep in mind if there is rain, the yard can be a bit soggy, but that is to be expected and didn't deter us at all. The grill and other kitchen/cooking amenities were great, and Marcia left a TON of snacks and breakfast food for the house. The whole vibe of the place is authentically "farmhouse", which we loved. We did not use any televisions. etc, but we did see a few, so "modern conveniences" are there. We will surely consider renting again for future trips and highly recommend this rental.

Mark’s place was great for our family of 6. We always prefer a one level house with at least two bathrooms, and Mark’s place was a great fit. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. The master bed was comfortable. The only complaint from our family members who slept in the other two beds was that the mattresses were a little hard and uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great stay!

House was perfect for our visit with family. Great location & the house was just as described. Emily was a very responsive host. We will be back.

Matthew’s house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Though it’s close to the highway, it was quite peaceful. It was well furnished and had everything we were expecting. They have a large bed full of flowers in the front of the house and a nice fenced backyard that our dog enjoyed playing in. His co-host Christine was very responsive. We enjoyed our time there and would love to stay there again.

Cozy home in a great neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Loved walking into town every day for coffee or lunch. Definitely recommend a stay here!

We were in Cleveland for College graduation. Great location, walkable to everything we needed to do. Great restaurants, bars, stores around this location. Room was as described in listing, check in and check out easy. Building clean and security great going in and out. Overall, I would recommend this listing to others visiting the Cleveland area. You will be very satisfied.

Justin's place was in a great location. It was spacious, clean, and met the needs of our family very well. My sons loved the pool and fitness area, and we enjoyed the rooftop deck every night. I'd pick this spot again the next time I'm in Cleveland.

We had a very comfortable stay in Vermillion. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Oberlin which is only about 25 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 2 mile walk to downtown Vermillion which is lovely. The house was comfortable and clean. The communication with the host was good. The backyard/deck is beautiful and a great place to sit and play cards and enjoy the outdoors.

Our experience was fantastic! From the time I booked the reservation to the time we checked out, Anthony was responsive, helpful, and positive. As an example, we had trouble with the door lock (our fault!) and contacted the host. Within minutes, we had text messages and a follow up phone call to make sure we got in OK. As for the location, there are great views of the lake and the river, and the walkability to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and Huntington Field was super convenient. Once we parked our car, we didn’t need to drive anywhere for our entire stay. We’re already talking about our next visit. It was a great experience, thanks for everything! Cheers, John

Cozy & Compact, great for if you want to go to Cedar Point for a whole day. Definitely a place to stay if you are going to be out & about in the area.

Our first little blended family vacation and it was amazing because of our gracious host, James. The weather was not going to be what we hoped it was and I was already planning backup ideas for three kiddos with rain on its way, but James overextended ideas for us without being asked. It was amazing and so helpful. I appreciated every message sent to me. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Serenity at Seven Hills was perfect for my family and Jeff made our stay very easy. The house is wonderful and exactly as described. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and are spacious yet cozy at the same time!! My daughter commented that we should have looked at the brand of mattresses because they were so comfortable. The water pressure in the showers were a dream :) The neighborhood is quiet, no road noise while you're trying to fall asleep yet close to major roads and highways. We will definitely stay at Serenity again!

A great spot! Honestly, it looked even better in person than in the photos - we were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was lovely, getting in was easy, it’s very close to the lake, and we could walk to the Main Street in less than 5 mins. It was also nice & quiet and the street is super sweet, a nice neighborhood. Hans was always very responsive w any Q we had, and helpful. A great stay!

This was honestly one of the nicest Airbnb properties that I have ever stayed in. It was identical to what was pictured and included so many extras. The decorating and cleanliness was TOP NOTCH! I hope to visit Avon Lake again and will 100% stay in this property assuming it is available. It is a hidden gem and so thankful to both Hans and Penny! They were absolutely amazing hosts!!!

We had a great stay at Penny’s home. The location was perfect and conveniently located minutes from dining and shopping. There are basically 3 living rooms which gave us plenty of space to relax and for kids to play. The backyard is beautiful, our twin toddlers loved watching the birds and deer and running around outside. Fantastic house!

This home was exactly as described. All rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Our dog (and his humans!) loved the fenced-in back yard, which is a rare treat in an AirBnB. Justine thoughtfully informed us that the lawn service would be there on our day of arrival. We appreciated the roomy driveway that allowed us to turn our van around. Thank you for your hospitality!

I can honestly say this is the best Airbnb I've been to yet. For starters, the host was communicative while still giving us plenty of space to our own- I liked that. He accommodated my last minute, early check in request. Though there was a lot of through traffic it still felt peaceful and felt like we belonged. There is a train not too far from the house which we really enjoyed, not too loud just enough to give it some liveliness. Though the house seemed small at first it actually felt perfectly spacious for two people and a dog and it was relatively clean- definitely more clean than other places I've stayed. The yard stole our hearts- it just felt like a world of it's own. Lots of pretty flowers. We had a bonfire and just admired the stars which were a lot more visible than back at home. The neighborhood is very walkable. it's a dog friendly neighborhood without that stuck up or nosy feel. We walked our dog to the lighthouse which was perfect. Thanks Kory and team! We'll be back lol
