Second bathroom upstairs with bathtub in between bedroom 2 and 3. Living room with smart TV and open kitchen/dining area half bathroom Side door from kitchen opens up to backyard/patio area to lake. Spacious and great views of the lake!

Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!
