Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Vermilion's public beach, dining, fishing and kayaking. Take a sunrise or sunset walk through the neighborhood to Showse Park (about a 20 minute walk). Come back and unwind on the front porch swing to enjoy the lake breeze. The drive way is perfectly suited for 2 cars, a boat trailer or RV.
