Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! This unique apartment is located in a restored vaulted stone cellar in an over 200 year old palazzo perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. Relax on your private garden terrace, enjoy the late morning sun, have an aperitivo while watching the sunset. From this residential area of the oldest part of Pizzo's centro storico it's just a 2 min walk to the lively main square with a good choice of restaurants, bars and grocery shops. The local beach is a 10-15 min walk downhill.

E' composto da una cucina, 2 stanze da letto e il bagno, collegate da un breve corridoio. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone.

Un nuovo spettacolo della natura (La Suite)

La suite è nuovissima, l'arredamento e l'ambiente sono in stile shabby chic è tutto è stato curato nei minimi particolari. La suite ha un terrazzo privato (arredato con ombrellone e divano) con un panorama spettacolare e dei tramonti struggenti. Gli ospiti si sentiranno a casa .. con il meglio della vacanza.

Il Nido della Fortuna

La mini casa si trova su “Largo Rupe” una delle terrazze vista mare più belle di Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Qui si trova “Il Medaglione della Fortuna” opera del grande maestro Salvatore Fiume che raffigura la dea bendata. Per questo ho deciso di denominare la casa “Il Nido della Fortuna”.
