David was a great host and was quick to respond to any of my million questions I had! This place was absolutely perfect for me and my family and we are already talking about rebooking for next year maybe even sooner! I highly recommend this location for your families next stay!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

We had a great stay here! Walkable to the beach! Nice heated pool right in our backyard. Easy in & out. Nice house layout. Perfect for 6 people!

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

Ganna was such an amazing host . The home was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and such a great location with walking distance to the beach . Due to being there for dance competition I had to make my stay longer and ganna made this such an easy adjustment to extend my stay . When I come back to visit I will stay in the same home as I loved it just that much .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our mini beach vacation. We definitely enjoyed the short walk to the beach from the property as well as the close proximity to restaurants and daiquiri bars.

We stayed at the Salty Air Retreat for a little getaway with our fur babies. We enjoyed being close to the beach, the side yard was great for our dogs 🐕 and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back hopefully!

Short stay, but really enjoyed it. Great place and Connor was helpful and responsive.

Wow! Breathtaking views right from the balcony, private and peaceful and yet within just a few minutes of anything you need. We booked with Sunny pretty last minute but we certainly weren’t disappointed! This spot is beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach, it’s a must of PCB! We’ll definitely be staying again!

We had the most amazing stay & Jessica was an incredible host! The space was spotless, and felt so cozy and inviting. She was always super quick to respond, and clearly puts a lot of effort into making her guests feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—a quick 6 minute walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Stokey's Place in PCB with our family! The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, and it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of swimming. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with tons of pools throughout the resort and great restaurants nearby. We especially loved using the grill over Memorial Day weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning home!! If you’re staying near Destin or in Florida book this home!!! Sarah was so helpful, very responsive and kind. The home was very clean (you can tell the actually clean it and not just pick it up after people leave) the shower was huge and very relaxing. The home had comfortable sofas and beds. The location was absolutely perfect! We drove an hour to a popular beach and realized all the beaches near Sarah’s home were soo much better (less crowds and cleaner beaches) This was a perfect trip to Florida for my family and coming home to a relaxing community made it so much better. We will come back soon! Thank you Sarah!!

Katherine was always a text away and very quick to respond. She went above and beyond as a host.

Easy to reach and always responded within a reasonable timeframe. Very friendly and pleasant.

It’s close to local bars, coffee shops, and most importantly the beach! The outdoor shower is refreshing. So nice to be able to bop home to refresh a drink, check for sunburn, or make a sandwich without skipping a beat. We had some cozy movie nights.

Chip's place was great! While it's not actually in Rosemary Beach, you are in a good location and having the golf cart was an added bonus. You should know there are restrictions with certain roads and golf carts and several of the surrounding areas you are not allowed to park. With that being said, we loved driving the cart to Seaside and were able to park everywhere around there and at the Santa Clara beach. Chip was really responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. Perfect house for our group of 4.

Perfect walk to the beach with easy access of everything and also able to sit in the back porch all night if wanted. The only thing I would change is to have the back patio bigger and also spaced out but amazing place to stay if you want to go to PCB

We really enjoyed it! It came with a lot of useful items for the beach. It was decorated very cute and convenient to the beach.

The kitchen was well stocked. We were not in need of anything that wasn’t there. We appreciated the great grill and grilling tools. The amenities of the resort were top notched. We enjoyed the heated pools and played putt putt every day. The beds were comfortable. Early in our stay we had many question and Linara answered promptly. Would definitely consider another stay here.
