Family-friendly holiday rentals in Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach

Great place will definitely stay here again. The balcony was amazing. We ate practically every meal out there. also short walk to the beach condo was loaded directly on the beach, which was awesome with kids.

First I must say that the condo was beautiful. It looked just like the photos. The location is perfect. It’s across the street from the beach and within walking distance from several restaurants and Walmart. The complex has restaurants onsite as well as a souvenir shop. My ONLY downside was the elevators. They are pretty slow if you’re waiting on the upper floors. I would suggest, if parking spaces are available, to park on level 2, north parking garage, near the walkway. Other than that, it was a great experience. Phyllis was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely book with her again.

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

We had a great time at the beach! The restaurants on property are nice and easy to walk to. The beach view is great and the walk to the beach is short and easy with a beach wagon. We would definitely stay here again. Heather is a great host and easy to communicate with!

I don’t think I could say one thing negative about this place! Everything was literally perfect. From the space itself to the location. We are already looking at two other dates to book!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

What a wonderful place to stay while in PCB! Steve is a great host! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We picked this stay for the water proximity, dock and ratings. It was a very enjoyable stay and Chuck is very nice and friendly. Our friends that stayed with us rented a pontoon from him 3 out of 5 days we stayed which was very convenient being located on the same property, just a 3 min walk from your door. The place was so clean you'd never know that he allows dogs. We left ours at home but it would have been no problem as far as the accommodation and we met other's dogs who stayed in the adjacent rentals. It felt more like a mom and pop beach hotel than a typical Airbnb to us. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.

The house was great. You can tell it’s an older home and the bathroom has a faint odor but I’m sure that’s due to the age of the house too. I was a little nervous when reading the reviews that the house wouldn’t stay cool enough but it was PERFECT! Very easy and convenient location. The backyard was awesome for our dog! Overall I would give our stay a 10/10!

This place exceeded our expectations! A very easy walk across the side street (not a busy main road!) to the public access; it was perfect for our beach vacation. Incredibly wonderful to have a spotless bathroom, plenty of towels, and a really nice WD for us to use! I will definitely be back!

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

We came to St. Andrews by boat and stayed at January’s rental for three nights - it was great, we really enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch and the yard was private and pet friendly, even though neighbors were close by. The property is just a few blocks from the busy downtown area, good restaurants and Marina. The farmer’s market at the Oaks Park on Saturday was also a treat. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, this was our second time staying at this unit and we will definitely stay again.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a really nice stay and loved how close the house is to the beach. We found this area to be much less commercialized and more low-key/quiet than other spots along the coast. The host offers some beach equipment for guests (chairs, cabana, umbrella, boogie boards, a few towels). That was super helpful as we didn’t want to have to rent (or pack!) all those items for our trip. We liked every aspect of the house — comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, contemporary decor, and thoughtful storage for toiletries and travel items. Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

There’s not much more I can say about Daniel’s condo other than “paradise perfection.” This was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The floor to ceiling windows with the most perfect view really makes the condo. The space was large for my family of 5. Loved the corner unit! Our entire stay was perfect. The elevators were a bummer, but obviously out of Daniel’s control. The included lounges and umbrella on the beach made for a great beach experience and the pool is way bigger in person than in the pictures which was a wonderful surprise!

We had a great stay here! Walkable to the beach! Nice heated pool right in our backyard. Easy in & out. Nice house layout. Perfect for 6 people!

Loved the convenience of having restaurants and shopping at the condo. Pools were very nice as well!

We’ve been coming to PCB for over 10 years, and this condo was our favorite! It’s by far the cleanest we’ve been in. The location, cleanliness, staff, pools, and beach were fabulous! Some of the bigger condos are usually overcrowded and elevators function poorly—this is not the case for Edgewater! There was plenty of beach access without being over populated with chair rentals that aren’t being used. There was ample chair access in all pool areas. We don’t have anything negative to say about our stay! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Creat. The condo and view were even nicer than I expected from the pictures. The included beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. were very helpful. The view from the balcony is awesome. Elevators were prompt and efficient and there were always available luggage carts. We had one little snafu at check in with the condo office being closed and the kiosk down(we should have registered online ahead of time), but a call to our hosts was immediately answered and able to help us figure it out. The hosts were very responsive every time we contacted them. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Couldn’t ask for a better spot to spend a week! The high corner room over looking the pier was beautiful to wake up to every morning! I loved the fact you could show up on check in day put your keys in the condo and walk to whatever you needed! Susan was great kept in touch the entire time! We are already working on planning the next trip! Thanks Susan!
