Beautiful view of the ocean, family had a great time. They enjoyed the pools and the beach. Quick access to the beach, restaurants near by to include a nice ice cream shop near by. On the 3rd floor of The parking garage you can unload to your room and they have carts.

Amazing stay! The beachfront location was unbeatable—gorgeous ocean views. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was great and made check-in super easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Jerri’s place was amazing coming from someone who is very picky when it comes to hotels and Airbnb’s. It was exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. Jerri was very proactive about letting us know what we should expect and also recommendations on things to do which we appreciated. The location of this place was extremely convenient. Direct beach access and the views were beautiful since we were higher up in the resort. We will definitely be coming back.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

We very much enjoyed our first ever vacation to PCB and staying in the beautiful Majestic Beach Resort! Valentina was very helpful and quick to communicate with us during the booking and checking in process and was very clear in her instructions as to what we should do and expect. We enjoyed our time both at the beach and the resort pool, and just hanging out in the room where we could see dolphins playing in the surf from the bed. This property is in a prime location with plenty of attractions, shopping, and other fun things to do within a short walk or drive. I highly recommend driving up the coast a little ways to have dinner and drinks at Shuckums, a round of Putt-Putt at Coconut Creek and breakfast from the Sunrise Cafe!

Our accommodations were very nice. Paula and Greg have other locations in the great smoky mountains and hopefully we can stay at them sometime. Paula did her best o make sure we were well taken care of. Will certainly consider them in the future.

Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

Fontainebleau Terrace is an icon in PCB! It may be a relic, but it is definitely a treasure and the renovations are making it the best bang for the buck on the beach. You cannot find better sunset views or beach privacy and expanse anywhere else in PCB! This condo is the finest on in the whole place--well appointed with every amenity possible, even a mini washer/dryer! The bathroom is a great size with a fabulous walk-in shower! The kitchenette was perfectly designed to meet our needs for dining in when we wished. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the giant TV with Netflix and Prime Video was perfect for those rainy days in! I loved the tile floors, shiplap walls, and the plantation shutters--just gorgeous!! And there's plenty of electrical outlets!! Again the decor was top-notch and I would definitely rent again from these owners! They were very responsive to my questions. The unit was very clean! Elevator fast; stairs doable; pool never full; place not loud or crazy! Nice

Amazing host! We brought our baby and there was a wagon, pack and play, and high chair. This host did not only make sure we were comfortable but also our baby!!! Walking distance to the beach that isn’t far. We were able to rinse off at the residence instead of waiting in line at the beach which was a major plus! Convenient to the Walmart and food in the area. Would definitely book again

Very nice and clean house minus the outside grill (it needs to be cleaned). Parking wasn’t quite what I was thinking/expecting, but still adequate for our needs. Very beautiful back yard view of the water. Water was shallow, so the guys didn’t get any fishing in, but my six year old daughter loved the beach area and host provided plenty of outside/sand toys. The small back bedroom was a bit stuffy with not a lot of air flow, but a floor fan was provided. Basic kitchen items provided. Overall it’s a very cute and clutter free place. Would book again if our dates align for our yearly fishing trip.

The place was in a great location right on the beach and close to food and shop easy to get in and out of. The place had a few thing need to be taken care of but with how fast Kenneth was communicating I’m pretty sure he got them taken care of great host great location.

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

Writing this review for my hubby 😊 Renata’s beachfront townhome is absolutely beautiful. Our family had an amazing time. The townhome is beautifully decorated. The beach/ocean front access is unbeatable. Our family has been visiting PCB for years and this trip we overpacked. Renata’s place included everything we needed for beach days (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards for our pre-teen son, and so much more). The townhome is located on our preferred area of PCB (West end) and still close to everything. My son and I enjoy our early morning walks to Thomas Donuts together from the townhouse. Plenty of beach area to set up in the morning for the ‘dads’ that haul all the beach gear to claim the ‘families daily beach spot’ for the day. you’re not sharing space with a hotel or resort condo, plenty of beach area for daily setup. My hubby, didn’t have to rush to claim a spot for the day and enjoyed multiple cups of coffee from the back deck overlooking the ocean!

Such a beautiful, comfortable home overlooking St. Andrews Bay. We relaxed, sunned, fished, cooked wonderful meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and were close to many restaurants and amenities. We loved the house and location and would definitely plan to return! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Kendra and her place we’re absolutely amazing. The condo was right on the beach and it looked like a movie every time I woke up. It was so relaxing to wake up at the beach every day and Kendra’s condo was exactly how she described it! I cannot wait to be back!

We had an absolute blast! Not only was it beautiful it was such a perfect location! We had the best view and space and lots to do with the easiest access to the beach! We look forward to staying again!

I slept like a baby—which can be hard to do when I travel, especially in hotels! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. We were right on the beach, and the view was even more amazing than I imagined—absolutely breathtaking. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. Truly the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great condo in a really good location. great pool and beach access. PLENTY of great places to eat within 10 minutes.

The location was amazing! The condo was right on the beach with incredible views! We could hear the waves from the balcony. It was clean, spacious, and felt homey, connected, and safe for our family. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Fast elevators, fully stocked essentials, and an en-suite washer and dryer made the stay even more convenient. Going home with clean clothes is always a treat! The only small thing I missed was that beach towels weren’t provided, but that was on me for not catching it in the listing. A super easy adjustment for next time. We also loved being so close to Walmart and Publix for quick grocery runs. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d absolutely come back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. This place was amazing, and it is our favorite air bnb we have stayed at so far in PCB. We loved having the free beach chair service as well as access to the bar and grill and many pools and hot tubs. The outdoor space was AMAZING to watch the waves at night and eat breakfast in the morning. Plus, her condo was decorated so cute, which made it feel very homey and welcoming.

Our stay was great. The views are beautiful, the studio was perfect for just the two of us. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had.
