Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Long Beach

Amazing stay! Ornela was fantastic, very responsive and helped us out with every question or request we had. The apartment is in a great location - just off of the main street but tucked away enough that it is quiet at night and feels peaceful. The place was tidy and just as described. We highly recommend!

We traveled to Velipoja as a group of a total of 7 friends. Traffic in peak season from Tirana airport to Velipoja is a bit challenging, but considering the entire traffic situation in Albania is fine. The house was optimal. We especially liked that there were 3 air conditioners and also the outdoor kitchen and its amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken with us. Otherwise, Serkiz helped us a lot, especially with a problem with the airline, who mistakenly flew a friend's suitcase to Poland. Our host's recommendations were also helpful in designing our vacation. Be it restaurants or attractions in the surrounding area. We really liked the location, as the house is located away from the central tourist region of Velipoja, but all the restaurants, bars and the beach could still be reached within a 10-minute walk.

Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

The hosts were very nice. They offered me a cold soda with coffee and cold watermelon several times. We got clean linens several times. Every day, they asked if anything was needed. The apartment is very nice and almost new and sparkling clean. I recommend it to everyone . *5

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

This is without a doubt one of the best value places we have stayed with an absolutely brilliant host who couldn't do enough for us and was always smiling. We had fresh apricots when we arrived and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Very cool (as assessed off an internal courtyard) with a lovely terrace overlooking the delightful garden! Only 15 minutes walk from the centre of town.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

A great apartment to stay with a toddler. A son could spend every moment outdoors running around the garden. Quiet neighborhood, gives a sense of privacy. From the window you can see the beach - a rocky but beautiful color of the water. We drove to the experience. Clean, elegant, well-maintained, I recommend it.

Our stay at Alma's place was perfect. Thanks to their directions, we found it easy and the place was as described. Her parents welcomed us very warmly and were available all the time and gave us many great tips and provided extra toys for the children. The accommodation is quiet and in the middle of the countryside, right on the beach and yet you can quickly get to the surrounding places and have all the shopping you need. The place is super equipped and we felt at home. Especially for a holiday with children, it is perfect. We can only recommend Alma's place from the heart and are very grateful for the nice time we were able to spend there.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great central location but still somewhat quiet. Large outdoor area with views of the beach and outdoor seating. Rooms were nice and kitchen equipped with what we needed. High quality pack and play supplied for our little one. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing apartment! so much space, so much light, everything is made with grate taste, even dishes is beautiful, which is really rare for rental apartments. Honestly, this is the best place I have ever lived in, and I have been traveling a lot around the world. Even now, after a week we left it, I miss it and think about it like of home. And the little garden where the local cats came and hang out with us..oh, I have no words. And Budija herself is a wonderful person, whith whom we really liked to talk to. I so wish we could come back one day to spend more time in this beautiful place.

Big thanks to Isabella for hosting us in Ulcinj for two nights. The Ogi apartment is beautifully furnished and modern, with both a patio and balcony, depending if you want shade or sunshine. Isabella is a fantastic lady and she really made us feel welcome. She gave us great advice on local beaches, shops, bakeries, and restaurants. She was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a great time. Thanks a million, Isabella!

Very good value for what you pay. Beach is within 5 min reach, walking. Staff is very welcoming. Check in is easy and flexible. Place was exactly as shown in pictures.

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

We had an amazing time at Ardit's place! Beautiful balcony view, such a peaceful and quiet town full of nice restaurants. I wish we stayed there longer Will definitely come back!

Francesk was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived in the city earlier than the check-in time and he was able to accommodate me earlier. Instructions to get in were very clear as well. The place was clean and quiet and is located near everything. It also had a washing machine, detergent and ironing board which was amazing because I desperately needed to do Laundry after spending 3 nights in Valbona and Theth. It's 100% worth the money to get a private and quiet place with a nice view after having to share dorms with people. I cancelled my hostel booking for the night for this apartment instead and I'm so happy that I did. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially after Valbona and Theth where you need a good night's sleep or alone time like me. Thank you Francesk for your hospitality.

We loved our stay at Cherie's place! It was so easy to communicate with them, they were very helpful with tips and locations to visit around. The place was nice, cozy and clean. I really like that she uses Eco detergents :) And of course the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

My friend had an allergic reaction and they went the extra mile to make sure he got to the hospital, they had to transfer him to the hospital in bar and they drove all the way to Bar to pick him up after the incident. I can’t stress this enough you can not get a better host. Also the house was beautiful and had a very wonderful dog.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
