Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The furnishings are of high quality, chosen with love, everything is as ecological as possible without plastic, the textiles made of cotton. Our soul place is for peace seekers, nature lovers, appreciators. The area is a "quiet zone", no parties or loud music are allowed!

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.
