Excellent value for what we got, we loved the apartment and the location is great. Very cozy also.

Our stay at Alma's place was perfect. Thanks to their directions, we found it easy and the place was as described. Her parents welcomed us very warmly and were available all the time and gave us many great tips and provided extra toys for the children. The accommodation is quiet and in the middle of the countryside, right on the beach and yet you can quickly get to the surrounding places and have all the shopping you need. The place is super equipped and we felt at home. Especially for a holiday with children, it is perfect. We can only recommend Alma's place from the heart and are very grateful for the nice time we were able to spend there.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great central location but still somewhat quiet. Large outdoor area with views of the beach and outdoor seating. Rooms were nice and kitchen equipped with what we needed. High quality pack and play supplied for our little one. Thank you.

We had a short but really comfortable stay, the place is big, clean and bright. The host is friendly and vey helpful. Totally recommend! It should be noted that the apartment is located a little bit outside of the city center but if you have a car (what is recommended when travelling to Montenegro) it won't be a problem.

Perfect place to get away from it all. The views of the sea and mountains are breathtaking and the sound of the sea can be heard from the bedrooms, extremely calming and relaxing. Lovely hosts and always good communication. I came home feeling chilled and refreshed.

Cozy flat, with a lovely corner balcony that gets the evening sun, and looks onto the sea. A quiet building and the host family is very friendly and welcoming. Nearby to trails that take you down to the water

The host is extremely accommodating,sweet and approachable. I spent the first time with him and generally in Montenegro and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful people, the beautiful place all the best. I'm a very pleasant owner, the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is beautiful better than the pictures....clean,tidy, everything you need to use,from the linens, the household appliances, they all have everything.... Great place to base to explore southern Montenegro from.

Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Medina’s apartment- the place is newly renovated, very comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony. Medina responded usually within minutes, was really flexible with our timing and with our many questions. There is a little path that leads to the beaches below the pine trees - as pictured (Albatros and Ladies beach being our favorite) My mom was not able to walk back up as she’s older and physically not as able but she made it down ok, and so I easily picked her up after the beach! Can also walk to Mala Plaža. For us being out of the main part of town was great and more peaceful. Highly recommend a stay at Medina’s! Everything was perfect.

Utjeha may be out in the wilds of Montenegro, but the Capt goes out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect, and also makes you part of his family, inviting friends and family over to cook pizza in the outdoor oven. Incredible view, literally less than 5 minute walk to beach, tiny grocery store, and a couple of beach cafes. Great place to chill, or to work online.

Host Spring very warmly welcomed us! The house is very comfortable, clean and full of everything you need. In the fridge, gifts were waiting for us, and also sometimes in the morning we were treated to freshly cut figs. Once every 2 days we cleaned our place, which was unexpected and very pleasant. The house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large hall, a large balcony. There were 6 of us and everyone was very comfortable and spacious in the house. There was also a bunch of towels that could be used at home. (So you can only take towels for the beach.) Балкон и вид с него- просто вау! Every breakfast we had beautiful sea views. One of us got sick and Spring brought a thermometer and pills, even though it was late at night. Then I really cared about the patient. When the storm started and we were not home, the hostess came by and removed all our belongings that we hung up to dry so they wouldn't get wet. There is always a free, free parking near the house. This is a big plus because parking is a real problem in Montenegro. 10 min from the house there are 3 beaches (both sand and stone), supermarket, market and main street. We are so delighted with both the house and the Spring that now if we come to Ulcinj, we will definitely go to this house! It's very cool spot. We recommend to everyone! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm began and we weren't at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Dafina's flat and it was an experience worth cherishing. Despite our late arrival at 23:30 due to heavy traffic, Dafina warmly greeted us, ensuring a seamless check-in. Not only did she provide all the extra bedding we requested, but she also went the extra mile by thoughtfully gifting my three children with chocolates and fruit juice. It's the little gestures like these that truly make a stay memorable. The accommodation itself was top-notch and perfectly suited our family's needs. In all aspects, Dafina proved to be an exceptional host. We would highly recommend her property to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Oleg and his wife were exceptional hosts. This place is a true gem in Montenegro. Everyone will or should want to experience such a wonderful AirBnB experience. It has the feel of seclusion, with its private access to the Adriatic Sea. While the descriptions listed are already incredible, the onsite facilities are even better than advertised. The hosts are warm, friendly, and accommodating, and there is no higher recommendation to give than not wanting to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer and this place will always be at the top of our list. Truly amazing, and I cannot thank the hosts enough for making our stay so wonderful!!

The place is pretty easy to find since it is in google maps. The host was always very kind. He told us where to park, showed us the apartment and recommended us some places where we could go to. The apartment was clean and pretty close to the centre. the only problem we had was with the bathroom. it could use a deep cleaning. but it served it purpose and we had a good time! ☺️
